So, ever since I can remember, I have seen guys talking about this kind of stuff. A lot of new guys to Penis Enlargement get started, see some nice gains up front....usually swelling due to the shock of the new stresses being applied to the tissues...or sometimes it is genuine growth, many times it is 'gaining back' size they have lost from their younger years because of typical poor diet issues or lessened blood flow, both typical causes of what society has for the most part accepted as "normal" problems for men to develop with age. I keep seeing this comon mind set that seems to prevail on all of the Penis Enlargement forums though...a mind set very similar to the one of "great gains are an INCH a year!". The mind set that it is normal and expected that gains WILL slow after a given time frame. This is another one of those mental hurdles guys. Your gains do NOT have to slow! BUT, if you do like most guys do and buy into this concept that gains are supposed to slow down, your gains will slow down. The mind is a powerfull thing guys. Accepting that gains will slow down as you progress plays with your subconcious mind and you start slacking off on your routines...putting less focus and intensity into them, skipping a day because you dont feel like it becomes more comon. Soon, you skip a whole week at a time because youre "just too tired", missing workouts no longer bothers you like it used to. You wont realize that this is what is going on either...you will chalk it up to the 'fact' that "the exercises just arent working for me anymore". You stop searching for ways to add more intensity to your exercises...you stop trying new exercises after the old ones seem to stop giving you gains, and before you know it...you havent seen any new gains in a year. So, dont fall into the trap of thinking that gains ARE supposed to slow down! Thats Thundersplace mentality! We're better than that arent we?
