Hello everyone, I use the extender for about 10 months, I got a 2.5 cm in length.
Now I went to work hanging the HOME MADE and DEVICE because I wait for BIB from the USA.
Hanging my initial training consists of Swing with 5 kg (2x10min)
After that, I do strenght training = 1) 10x 6 kg-keep position 20 sec and 10 sec rest sec
= 2) 10 x 8 kg-hold my position, and 15 sec rest 10 sec
= 3) 10 x 9 kg-hold my position, and 10 sec rest 10 sec
After that hang 7 kg and hold for 10 minutes.
Could you comment on my training and what would you add or remove, thanks.
 
Confused? How long is each set last?

That sounds perfect! 40+ minutes hanging will definitely boast your gains. I would say try to get up to maybe 3-4 sets a day if there is time. If not, hang once daily and use the SizeGenetics extender after for as long as you can.
 
will be better with a higher weight when I get a BIB, thanks for the compliments DLD
 
I wouldn't recommend swinging the weight. The centripetal force does make the weight feel heavier, but it's better to just add a little weight. An injury can happen fast when the weights are swinging since you have little control over how much force you are experiencing exactly.

Tissues may find it more difficult to adapt by using the swinging technique because it's on-again, off-again and varying. The result: bruising. If you like the feeling of swinging, I suggest reducing the weight to a lower value while swinging. The issue with injury is that it usually happens fast and without warning.
 
Thanks for the advice, I think it is swinging much better than the traditional hanging of results you wish to achieve. Combining classic hanging from swinging the swing I do with a lighter weight as I wrote in my post and I listen to my body, I feel if the injury could have happened, so I stop.

Swinging the weights in hanging reminds me of the plyo stretches by DLD. The tissues are shocked by this and it is believed that it may be beneficial for your gains...
 
Usually tissues which are "shocked" (i.e. damaged by trauma) react by shrinking or scarring.
 
The more you expose the body extremes, you can expect more progress. But you have to be careful because it's like dancing on a wire, slightly losing balance and falling with wires ..

I agree with that in spirit, but since there are no real studies on the subject and since damage can be permanent, it's best to not test what is too much.

Hanging works by consistency. You really don't need to push it harder.
 
If you're going to hang, it's best just to stick to that for a routine. It's intense enough as it is. However doing a little bit of jelqing or edging to regain circulation is beneficial in my opinion. I edge after I have completed my hanging sets.
 
Bib did a bit of swinging, but he was mostly seated.
5kg seems quite a bit for a starting weight. I'm switching from the extender myself and I started hanging at 1.25kg. Now up to 1.75 and the gains are great :)
 
1.25 kg is too small for hanging, it is the force developed by the extender, I'm doing hanging with 7 to 10 kg's. The tissue is quickly adjusted to weight, it is necessary to constantly raise the load, because if you are loading too little dick no reason to grow. Thus penis has two options:
1. grow
2.drop off (rupture)

i think thats fine too. I just started hanging yesterday for the 1st time with 10 lbs and its fine. I even think I could do 15 right now but I am going to wait a week just to be safe
