Hi all,


I'm fairly new to PE although have dabbled in the past. I'm starting a routine which I plan to do for the next 3 months.


I have a bathmate and a phallosan and can only spend about 1 hour a day on active PE. Just wanting to share my plan and get some feedback to make sure i'm not missing anything obvious!


I don't think i'll be a hard gainer, my penis is extremely maleable and grows from a small flaccid state into a much larger erect state. Only time will tell though.


First 3 month plan:


Day 1,3 and 5:


- Warm Up
- 10 minutes Basic Stretching
- 20 minutes DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches (Dry)
- 20 to 30 Minutes Basic Jelqing
- Phallosan afterward for 2 - 3 hours
- 100 kegels
- Phallosan overnight while sleeping


Day 2,4 and 6:


- Warm Up
- 10 minutes Basic Stretching
- 20 minutes DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches (Dry)
- 30 minutes Bathmate Girth Program: 5x5x3
- Phallosan afterward for 2-3 hours
- 100 kegels
- Phallosan overnight while sleeping


Day 7 - Rest

No feedback but wow, you have been paying attention! I know when men have done their ground work as the routine os reflective of this. You have put together a routine that I would suggest, good work my Brother, good work!

Last night I did:

Warm Up
Basic Stretching
Jelqing for 20 mins
kegels x 100

My lube kept running out so it was quite dry and my penis was a little sore today... I skipped bathmate stretches as it didnt work dry.

Today I did:

Warm up
Basic Stretching
Bathmate x 5 mins (100% erection) and when I stopped to do my slow squash jelq I couldnt get hard again.
kegels x 100

I think I am going to leave out the bathmate hardcore stretches for now as I think it will be too much... will add the Phallosan when it arrives.

I'm also thinking i need to get a different lube maybe baby oil, and some libido enhancer pills to help keep me erect.

Vaseline is the solution to your lube issue. It will last an entire session (up to 30 minutes) without needing reapplication. It gives much better drag than any other lube and it is super affordable. Go for the no-name brand, they always seem to be of a thicker consistency than the name brand "Vaseline"
