I've read some Taoist philosophy on sexuality and it is intriguing. As for the animal erections, I've seen dogs and horses achieve an erection in seconds that looked so insanely engorged it could burst and maintain that erection for a long time. Human and animal physiology is basically the same, so it should apply to us as well.

I agree with what you mentioned about our diets. I know if I follow a "Zone" diet with lots of natural and raw food, with proper EFA supplementation my PGE-1 levels go up. If I overdose on GLA and EPA sometimes I get vasodilation headaches.

Some good reading on prostaglandins and diet and how they affect our circulation and hormonal status can be found in Barry Sears books "Enter the Zone" and "The Age Free Zone"

I can get the erection up with a bit of help from my hand and then focus or meditate on the sensations of arousal while basically edging and massaging the base when I get to about a 7 or 8. This really swells up the erection especially the head. I do this for about 30 min to 45 min, bringing myself close to orgasm about 10 times, then zip up.

I haven't made through the day without breaking down and letting one buck.

Maintaing the arousal achieved from ballooning sure feels like it's doing something benificial with the hormones involved down there, but once I ejaculate I lose the feeling.

I sure takes discipline.

Thanks for that info and link to the other page discussing ballooning.

My biggest problem is with resisting ejaculation. I just can't hack it, and have to let one off at least every other day. I do want to get this handled and will definitely do so once I am not so occupied with other things. The sensation is almost like my erection catches fire with beautiful sensations. I have to get this solved before I start back seeing chicks regularly cuz I love ejaculating for my female companion.... they usually ask for it, and the thought of that is more than enough loose my seed.

I have a degree in biology, and background in biochemistry and organic chemistry research at one of the best universities in the United States. I've gotten into a couple of Ivy League schools, and was hand chosen for a few research programs... I say all of that just to say that if someone with as rigid of a scientific background as me can suspend my critical thought enough to examine Dr. Lin's information, then it is something others who are interested in the matter should be willing to do as well.

I didn't read the �other forum� post yet because I can't stand smart-dumb-mufuckas! They're actually worst that dumb-smart-mufuckas! Sadly, a lot of those type of guys can be found posting on that site. Dr. Lin applies Chinese medicine to the same set of knowledge that we use in Western medicine. It's a shame because ethno-centric thought with matters of health is a huge reason why disease exists so much in Western countries. I was shocked when I found out (in a medical anthropology class I took in college) that people were being treated and cured of cancer, and HIV in other countries, but those same practices are not allowed in this country for whatever reason.

Like what the Green Goblin said in Spiderman (the movie), "We are what we choose to be."

If I'm not mistaken, you can do this as often as you wish to. I've heard it meantioned that it should/can be done as much as twice a day. Essentially, all you are doing is getting a natural erection and allowing it swell under natural force. It's not as invasive as alot of the Penis Enlargement practices of jelqing and hanging are so you will likely be able to balloon as much as you wish.

I guess I'm one of the dumbasses that should be posting on �other forum� instead of on MoS <:( Cause that's what I thought ballooning was: edging and rubbing the base/ root of the penis. So please educate me on how it's exactly done.


One more question:

I remember reading that you're supposed to withhold ejaculation at least 3 times. So to reach this level, you must be touching 'trigger zones' and edging like normal, shouldn't you? I can't fathom getting close to ejaculation from just rubbing the base of my penis. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
 
Ok I recently got back into ballooning. My question to those who have succeeded with it, do you need to work your way up to it? I can't NOT ejaculate when going over 30 minutes. I tried going 45 minutes today and I came like a waterfall. The thing is with ballooning is you don't know when you're going to ejaculate, you don't feel the point of no return coming on. One second you feel you are far away from cumming and another you are shooting everywhere. Things happen very fast for me after the 30 minute mark. Should I stop after 30 minutes and do this for a week or two then move up in time? Just wondering. I feel bad when I ejaculate because it seems that I have wasted about 45 minutes in which I could have been jelqing and doing other more productive things.

I believe it is said that you should hold back your orgasm 3 to 5 times not so much the amount of time it takes but how many orgasms you hold back. I can do three easy 4 is iffy I never make it to five its like 10 says you just go from fine to spraying cum all over with little or no warning.
