currently doing 5x3 routine with the bathmate,
basic warm up stretches
and some basic stretches periodically though the day,

is there anything else that I can add to help, I dont have much money, if any to put on devices at the moment, I have ordered the vacuvine for the bathmate.

Since no one else has added anything to this, I'll add a little from what I read although you will be getting some better advice later lol

Its great you're doing the 5x5x3 with your bathmate. A template that I like is to do two work outs per day, separating them by length or girth. Your bathmate routine would be your girth so you'd need like a consistent length portion. I don't know what stretches you're currently doing but a good warm up (about 5 mins maybe) of bundled stretches followed by the multi-directional basic stretches found in the newbie routine. Incorporate some erect stretching in your workouts when possible. If this is not advanced enough for you, maybe you can add some fulcrum stretches as well.

Good luck and hopefully someone can come up with some better suggestions lol
 
ok , yeah that is pretty much what I was thinking I have been into light PE for 2 years, my only issue is I have a 81 year old lady here that is nosey as hell no privacy other than in the bathroom at night, I may have to start going to the back room where I keep all my ham radio gear and use that as a excuse.
 
Ah I can totally understand the privacy issue. If you aren't able to get the full workout in one sitting, I think it would be fine to break it up into smaller, intense sessions. Maybe divide into three workouts throughout the day. When you did your periodic stretches, how often did you do them?

Usually 3 or 4 times a day when I was using the bathroom.

I think that could actually work. Are you able to wrap with UJW or something similar between the times? Here's what I think could work.

This is one set and it should be done at least three separate times during your day.

0. Straight Out Bundled Stretches: 60-seconds in both directions
1. Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
2. Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
3. Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
4. Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
5. Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
6. Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
7. Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
8. Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
9. Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
10. Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
11. Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
12. Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
13. Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
14. Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
15. Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
16. Wrap with UJW

TIME: This should take you less than 10 mins to complete
The first item is 0. because it will be your bundled warm up.

Do you think something like this would work for you?

Yes I think I could get something like this done and possibly more, where there is a will there is a way.

That's great man! Post about how you like them. You have an awesome tool at your disposal and with your hard work you'll surely reach your goals.
 
Once you've modded your BM, it'll exponentially make your current routine more effective. Once you've become accustomed to the additional pressures you can obtain, you can start doing expressive stretches, BTC's...essentially most of the basic stretches while inside your BM!! Just begin slowly and let your body get used to it...if you're not careful you could literally make your d!ck explode :)
 
If you can get 20 min alone, hanging is always, one of the best ways to gain length. Whether you hang, or not......extender! It'll be your best friend! It's a great length tool, and girth tool also! Wear it all day, except for breaks to get the blood flowing again, and to do your other exercises! And those manual stretches are great too!

How soon are you looking to purchase an extender? I ask because MoS is supposed to be getting its own soon (not sure exactly how soon) so if you think you could wait for a bit I think it may be worth it.

Still working our asses off but the dealer is not getting back to us. For now it is the SizeGenetics or the PeniMasterPro.

The way it is looking I will not need a extender, I am 6'' BPEL, and I am pumping to 6 3/4'' currently doing the 5x3 and fixxing to be adding bundle strectches along with basic stretches.
