My beginning, routine and goals

Hey, I’m starting this thread as an official beginning for myself and for some motivation as well.

I’ve lurked around the site for about a year now, only joined a few months back though.
But I’ve learnt some good stuff and I feel as though I have had a lack of proper routine and technique ever since I started PE (jelqing mostly) many years ago.

So I’m starting a routine based on your exercises DLD.
been about 2 months now, a mix of manual stretches in the morning with warm ups and warm downs, and jelqing in the afternoon with warm ups and warm downs.
I don’t remember the names of most of the exercises, just the actions, I have more of a photographic memory…

i recently just got my SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger which I’m looking forward to incorporate into my routine,
And have my own version (that I made) of that stretcher you clamp down on your penis to stretch with,I forget what it’s called, 😜

probably won’t be the most accurate starting measurements being as I was doing a few exercises before that date

anywho a few of my measurements as of
June 15 2023
A bit over 8.75” bpel
8 nbpel
A bit over 9.25 bpfsl
A bit under 5” fg
A bit over 6.5 eg

I hope to switch to measure in cm soon to be a bit more Accurate

My EG I feel is pretty decent I’d say, so I don’t really have a goal for that but any gains are welcome
I already gained .5” girth since I started anew a few months back. I’m not shocked by that every time I’ve done PE in the past, the girth has been quick to jump up
I hope to reach 9.5” by the new year but that may be unrealistic, my goal realistically is .5” but one never knows

Yeah, all of those are great, thanks! I use a different variety of them for each of my sessions, just so my guy down there doesn’t build up any sort of resistance to repetitive exercises. I think there’s a sort of science behind that

You need to increase the intensity continously as you progress.
 
I went a bit to hard right around the new year and had a lymph vessel blockage, so taking it slower this time!
working on my patience and persistence
 
Can you describe for me how this looks, and how it feels? Do you have a picture of this?

No I don’t have a picture wish I did, it looks similar to a blood vessel, but the difference is it is white in colour and it feels hard like a small little cord underneath the skin, and it is either Vertical or horizontal on the top of the shaft.

It doesn’t hurt to press on it or anything, but there is a bit of an odd feeling around it, just like there’s something there that shouldn’t be. I initially thought it was lymphangiosclerosis, then my doctor confirmed it too.

I understand. I hope it heal up soon. Do you have MOS-RED?
 
Thanks , It is all better now, that was back in February

and I don’t have the Mos-Red I just do hot wraps and hot/warm water soaks as part of my daily routines, before and after my workouts

Are you considering MOS-RED?

Hey bro keep up the good work. My goal is 7.5/8 inch NBPL and my BPSL is 21cm roughly and will be looking at 23 so like bit over 9 BPSL

Are you considering MOS-RED?
No I havent considered it, I haven’t studied up about it yet to see what it does, and just having spent over $400 cad for the silistretcher, other moderate purchases are on the back burner for a while now
 
Speaking of the silistretcher, i love it works great feels good to wear but already I lost the vacuum cap that fits over the head.
Yesterday I was doing some hay work out on a field at my farm and the cap came off the head and was dangling by the cord, so I disconnected it put it in my pocket finished working and went to take it out of my pocket but it must have fallen out on the field!
How can I get a replacement I didn’t think I could see just them for sale in the Mos store.

of course this happens 3 days after I get it bah!!!
