Well about 6 months ago I started with my Bathmate. I did not know a whole lot about pumping but I knew after my first session there was going to be some incredible things on the horizon. Immediately I noticed little fluid retention but I soon learned how to deal with this by using Slow Squash Jelqs. I quickly put together one of my best routines to date DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters. This routine not only eliminated my fluid retention but it brought massive expansion with each session and ultimately a solid .25" gain in girth. This gain was retained after no training for almost two weeks and it was in mid-shaft girth, the hardest place for me to gain. I have since started Bathmate Girth Blasters again and hope to possibly add my last .25" of girth (like I need it). This is my girth workout but I will list the full workout in this thread too.

For length I have been doing the Hardcore Bathmate Stretches (another superset routine). Now this could be the deal breaker for Base girth and length. These are extremely intense and anyone trying them should ease into them. I created these out of curiosity mostly but their potential did not hit me until I started noticing marked differences in my penis. I first noticed a thicker base with what appeared to be as much as a half inch in new length. I have not measured length yet but I am sure there is going to be a .5" gain in erect, non-bone-pressed length. This gain has made my erection angle very firm and upward. My orgasms last much longer now too. This is a welcome change:) My orgasms start out slow and build up and when I finally pop it lasts for a long time...almost multi-orgasmic. After I do this I attach my SizeGenetics Extender and go for sets of 1 hour. I try to get in 3 or 4. Upon the advice of another member I have been using wet Kleenex to pad the extender. This is so comfortable and it barely feels like I have the extender on. I am hoping to secure an inch gain in flaccid size and possibly a half inch in erect length.

Many have asked me to put this all in one thread so here is my routine:

DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters

Warm Up:
What I like to do for a warm up is some light stretching of the penis and scrotum. I spend about 3 minutes stretching and massaging until everything is good and loose. The first pumping will also get things nice and prepared too.

Water:
I fill the chamber of the Bathmate with about a cup of warm-hot water.
Bathmate
With the Bathmate pointed downward, so no water drips everywhere, I attach the Bathmate. I will pump until I have full pressure. At this point no water can escape the chamber.

Pumping:
I will pump for between 5 and 10 minutes (depending on schedule)
Remove the Bathmate (I stand it up on end against the wall so no water escapes.) You could also refill with fresh warm water but I never do. I enter the chamber semi erect.

Slow Squash Jelqs:
I get myself 100% erect and proceed to do a 5 minute set of SSJ.

I repeat this process 3 times. So a routine could take 45 minutes with 10 minute pumping sets or half that time with 5 minute pumping sets.

Expansion:
Amazing, need I say more...AMAZING.

If you are having issues gaining girth then you should use this workout...It will change the entire game.

Slow Squash Jelqs

This is a repost from a thread that was deleted and I could not retrieve so I want to take this opportunity to be as clear as possible with the description of it as I feel nothing has trained GIRTH better for me than this exercise.

MENTAL STATE:
Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good ����� on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

Here are some illustration I just drew that will hopefully help you guys understand better.

DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

DONE

1 Hour wearing SizeGenetics
Remove Extender
30 Rotary Stretches
5 Downward Stretches (30 seconds each)
5 Upward Stretches (30 seconds each)
Massage Balls and Penis until Loose

1 Hour wearing SizeGenetics
Remove Extender
30 Rotary Stretches
5 Downward Stretches (30 seconds each)
5 Upward Stretches (30 seconds each)
Massage Balls and Penis until Loose

1 Hour wearing SizeGenetics
Remove Extender
30 Rotary Stretches
5 Downward Stretches (30 seconds each)

dld, how much tension are you wearing your extender with? i have no springs or tension measurements, so maybe as a percentage of your max bpfs?( like 50%, 70%, 90% max bpfsl) thanks

I try to go about 1\8 of an inch beyond my stretched length.

With regards to what tension you wear the extender at, the size-genetics DVD explains exactly how long one wears it for to start with and what tension. Its 900g at first and you gradually go higher in tension with longer holds in the extender. In time this yields a longer penis, no two ways about it.

No doubt but it is important to continue manual work to optimize this.
 
DLD, I've had the Bathmate for about a year or so, and I never thought about including it in my routine other than as part of the warmup, so kudos to you for that. I've started using your routine for DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and I noticed that no matter what the conditions I seem to lose suction from the Bathmate when I start doing the downward stretches. I can generally maintain some suction for about 15 seconds before it starts to come lose, and then I have to stop and pump it tight again. Do you have any suggestions for that?

The seal needs to be right, if you are hairy clean it up down there and use a small amount of vaseline around the base.
 
DLD who do you keep the water from coming out of the Bathmate when you stand it up? As soon as I remove it, water will start coming out of the tip. And it will just drain until it all empties. Perhaps something wrong with my valve?
