You only use a cup? This puzzles me because your size as it stands would surely not be entirely suBathmateerged by that amount of water inside the Bathmate? it would help with a firm strong suction at the base but some of your pumping would be conventional dry pumping and not entirely hydro. Just my observations, try it completely covered in water.

I have, but out of convenience (working at the computer) I only use a bit of H2O, when able to train in the Bath it is a different story. Need a water-proof mac:)

Using this routine

DLD,
Will your girth routine that started this thread work with any quality pump? Coincidentally, I've been doing a similar routine but using a VAcu-Tech pump for a few months now. I also use the Frendo's about every other session. I think the main thing I need to change is to increase my intensity level. I've have had good gains over the last 6 months but want to do whatever I can to really maximize my girth gains (happy with my length). So I guess my question is, does the Bathmate really make a difference? Thanks in advance on any suggestions and for the site overall!

I have never tried these routines with a conventional pump but from research it seems that the Bathmate brings better expansion and less fluid build up than other pumps.

hey DLD, good stuff!!! I've been doing something kinda like that since I got the Bathmate and now with the size genetics I tested your routine for a week. you don't mention the order of the exercises but I tried with the Bathmate set first and it hurts like hell to use the extender on a pumped cock. I had better luck using the extender during the day, up to 8 hours with the hourly breaks for the manual exercises, then going to the shower in the afternoom for some light jelqing / stretching then the Bathmate set. I was impressed by the length gain, about a centimeter over the past days with the Bathmate alone. I also do clamping for about an hour or so after the final ssj set to keep it in the super stretched state a little longer... it seems like its working... as soon as my schedule permits I wanna try some hanging in the morning before the stretcher to maximize the stretches... I'll keep you guys posted with the results good luck to you all!!!!!

hey man I use both the Bathmate and regular cylinders and let me share some thoughts... hydropumping is way more efficient than vacuum, a lot less build up and you can go safely to higher pressure. the Bathmate is very practical as you can keep it in the bathroom and use everyday at shower time without anything else. its not very comfortable for super long sets and it is a little overpriced in my opinion. the great thing about it is not the design itself, but the concept of HYDROPUMPING and how the warm water works as a heat pad. now any cylinder can accomplish that, as long as you have the right pump. any cheap bulb style pump will work with water, boston pumps also has some brass models that will work with water. don't use a pump with a gauge for that as you will damage it. I'm also not so sure the pressure scales we use for vacuum pumping applies to hydro, as you can pump comfortably to a much higher pressure. if you bought your pump with a brake bleeder kit you can adapt it for hydro like I did doing something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/GirthMaster-2-2...tem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3ca737016f I also like that you can do 2 stage pumping, I use a 2" cylinder for the first sets and after I fill it then a 2.25" many people agree that this works better than a single cylinder. also if you are pumping for length you should use a cylinder no more than 1/4" thicker than your girth, so most of the expansion happens in the length axis. I usually use the regular cylinders when I wanna pump at the computer or watch tv or just walk around the house. they will be lighter and stay tighter than the Bathmate for walking. my Bathmate came out while I was walking around one day, it fell on the living room rug, maybe it would have cracked if it was the kitchen floor... I am not sure I could afford another one have that one broken... you can pick up good cylinders at ebay for $10-20 bucks a piece if you look right, and can always upgrade as you move up in size... the bigger Bathmate model costs over $200, VERY overpriced in my opinion... I still love my Bathmate and use it everyday, can't beat it for speed and ease to use... I think if you already have conventional cylinders you should try my approach, as you WILL be using the Bathmate everyday, regardless of how tired or busy you are, and on those days you have some extra time use your old cylinders around the house for that extra oomph! I use them for my super sets and get over an extra inch in girth, the old lady loves it. you can still do that with the Bathmate, but regular cylinders are quicker and more comfortable for long use, like an hour or so (3x 20 min sets ) and if you are getting a Bathmate, I recommend you do if you can afford it, get a clear one so you can see what's going on there, skip the colored ones.. I hope that helps.... good luck to you all!!!!

Thanks for your response Bobct. The order of exercise for me is length work all day and girth in the evening. I can see how a massive pump would fuck up a extender routine and I guess this is why the order is important:)

Wow what an amazing routine!!! I noticed u said something about padding with wet kleenex.. Is this the only wrap or do you put something else on top as well?? Sounds awesome Ive been using like t shirt material with some cloth tape feels ok always looking for more comfort. Thanks

The wet tissue goes below your preferred method of wrapping. So pad the base and wrap over with your t-shirt material, teh difference in comfort is amazing.

DLD,

You can safely fill the Bathmate more now and still sit at the computer with the 3rd Generation :)

1. Take notice of how much water is left in your unit when you take it off, place a container below and put ALL the water in it.
2. Fill the Bathmate holding the shower nipple down and take note on how much water you need.
3. Next time you use it, simply fill it almost to the point you made note of from your previous full water session
4. Walla, no water spillage! I do this all the time :)

Great news.

Hey Guys,
My fluid retention has been happening with my first weeks of using the pump. Will my penis get used to the pumping and the retention lessen over time?

Also, what do you recommend to prevent the fluid buildup just below the head of my penis?
Its hard to stay erect when doing SSJ.
Ive been pumping for 5min, SSJ 5 mins / repeating this for 3 sets.

Any tips would be awesome.

Thanks!

I have a good tip for excessive fluid retention, I put the foam pad that comes with the size genetics around my penis just under the head, it really keeps the fluid down in that area. I had an older pad that was stretched out and it works perfectly for that.

New videos coming soon!

Use a condom Pablo' while inside the X-40 and it will help reduce the fluid. Other members report cutting the head of the condom also works, so try it fully intact and then with the head off to see which works best.
