Hi
This is my 2nd week in Penis Enlargement exercises and i want you people to ask you a feew questions and to give some of your opinions.My Penis Enlargement work out looks like this:I do warm up for 4-5 minutes then i begin my streching session.I strech in each direction(in front,down,left,up,right) for 4 minutes.Thats make a 20 minutes or so of strechings then i begin with my jelqings.I jelq for 20 minutes,my first week a ihave jelq'd for 15 minutes but now i have rised to 20 min/session.Im not overdoing it,right?At the end of the work out i take a pill of oil based vitamin e and with that oil i rub and masage my penis then i make another warm up.For the warmings i use a wet towel that i put it on the microwave for 50 seconds,i wait to cool down a little and then i put it aroung my penis for anoter 4-5 minutes.I do these work out for 5 day/week.Can someone give me a good grab tehnique for the strechings?My hand sweat almost all day long and my fingers slip on my penis when i strech,thatswhy i use a hanky and with that in my hand i grab the penis but even with that i must do a big pressure on my head of my penis and after the strechingsi get a litte violet areas on the had of my penis.What to do?Anyone have an idea?Ok anoter qusetion now.After evry work out my penis shrinks a little more than normal and i feel it witout power but that just for a feew hour.Is this normal?What to expect in the first month of Penis Enlargement?when i look in the mirror i allready see that my penis looks a little more tonified.In the timeof the day i do about 4-5 hundreeds of keegels in total.Whats your tehnique to control arousal and ejaculation with PC squeezes.I would like to begin to exarcise this tehniques too.What was you first enlrargement gains in the first months?I thank you all for the reply's in advance good people.

This routine sounds right on course. I like to tell newbies to try to get to 30 minutes of jelqing, with a good intensity, as quickly as possible. Basically, what you are doing is building a good, initial foundation. As time goes on you will want to increase time, intensity and routine style.

Sounds good. Just don't burn yourself.

Baby powder is, in my opinion, the best stretching aid available. Using baby powder and gripping with a reverse OK grip just below the glans makes for the best manual stretching for me. The red marks you get are very normal. The penis is basically a skin bag with blood, veins and tissue and it is very prone to bruising, red marks, blood blisters and the like. Penis Enlargement is a combination of Blood and Pressure, whenever these components meet bruising is inevitable.

This is completely normal. One should never judge their penis directly after a workout. The guy was just put through hell and he is tired:D

You will see an increase in flaccid size. You will notice a much more vascular look to your penis (more veins). You may notice some stretch marks. You may also notice some hair creeping up the shaft due to stretching .

I gained about 2 inches in my first 6-8 months.

Thanks for the answers DLD.I have one more question for you or for anyone who know about my problem.Why my head of my penis dosent get full erect just when im on my legs or in my knees(i mean a vertical position) or when im on my belly (facing the bed i mean).When laying on my back(orizontal) it dosent get fully erect never just if i make a pressure with my fingers on the uper side of my penis at the base.Anyone can help wtih an answer or know a good urologist site where i can ask it???

maybe you should try restoring your foreskin i heard that helps getting your head fuller

Im not circumcised,my head get full erect but as i mentioned in my anterior post not in all position and i think maybe this is due to a bad blod circulation or......who knows why.

Welcome aboard Srachi!
What has really helped me continue to stay consistent and intense with the program is to measure your flaccid stretched size, you will notice changes in here first( you can see changes daily/weekly) as DLD has mentioned numerous times. This is a new cycle of Penis Enlargement for me( I have done this years ago, with little direction and still made gains). Your biggest friend or enemy is your mind. This will truly dictate how fast/slow you make gains. There must be a mind, and body connection.
Just have a good consistent program, and build intensity. When I started last month I had a hard time holding, and stretching my penis. Now I don't even need baby powder usually. I hope this helps.
