There is a thread where we debated on the forum asking what age is ideal for PE. For me I said 18 was okay. But you need to be careful and always use your dick for sex not just masturbation. What is your current length? You don't change routine frequently. Since you are a beginner, sI suggest you follow the newbie routine because I think it's more intense than the exercise you are currently doing. PS: You might wanna use inches,seeing cm is kinda confusing for most of the users,even tought most of us are European,we are used to use inches.You can easily convert cm to inches using google,just type in the google bar : " 12 cm to inches " etc

Thank you very much for your answers, i just will try this routine and if i get some negative PI i just will stop it.

My current erect lenght is 5.7'
and my current erect girth is 4.1'

PS: I just add 1 min of tunica tug, i know that is advanced thats why i just add one minute but the tunica is definitely my first limitation and i want to exercise ALL the penis, because i think that is the faster way to gain.

You might get some soreness because it's a pretty intensive routine for a newbie...but no need to worry

Advanced exercise does not mean you can not use it, it does mean take your time and work up slowly in intensity. I think your routine looks good. The best way to know how gainful your routine is is to get solid measurement now and keep a good journal of your PE history. This will allow you to see what works and what does not. Most men start with the Newbie Routine and use some of the techniques in SRT, where eventually they will use SRT as their main workout.
