Does anyone feel like if they have been lifting a lot and your legs get muscular that it makes your dick look small? Do chicks see it that way or will they just see big legs and a big dick?

As long as your keep your quads toned looking you'll most likely be fine...

We should be so lucky as to get massive legs that cause our penises to look microscopic!

I've talked to non-Penis Enlargement weight lifter, they say yes....large legs make it look smaller...

Yes..it does make it look smaller though it helps in the growth process of it as well, more blood to that area = more gains... :) so who cares what it LOOKS like, be more concerned with what it IS. :D

why is that? you're more concerened about appearence rather than performance?

I think girls would rather see the same sized cock between some muscular legs rather than a pair of toothpicks.

For a while being a big squater I had this issue. Turns out the guys who have tooth pick legs get made fun of in public more often than guys that have huge legs. My ex always loved to run her nails over my thighs when she would go down, ahhhh I miss her.....anyway, and she really liked the fact that I am a big guy, and when I told her I wanted my main man bigger, she asked me if I was trying to hurt her. So take it for what it's worth, squat till you drop, and deadlift as much as possible and you'll not only see serious size increase in your thighs, I'm 100% sure that it doesn't matter how it looks between your thighs, as long as you don't settle for having skinny little girl legs. Holla

There may be something to this, but I think it's a worthwhile trade-off. It will still feel every bit as big to her and if you get to the point where you're naked as such, she probably has resigned herself to the fact that she's going to take what you happen to have.

Actually i got the whole chicken legs thing going and i wish i had bigger ones. I dont really work out my legs i do lift and i know by not doing my legs its slowing down the growth process, i dont look like off set or anything cuz iam a small boned guy but i cant even like wear shorts cuz iam embarrased by them. I have a hard time getting the energy to do legs especially squats and such. Iam a strong beliver when it comes to weightlifting that control and free weights are the best way to go so i wont use like a machine to do legs or a smith machine for squats. Also though i have talked to quite a few girls that like guys who have skinny legs rather than huge ones. I still want big ones but iam not gonna stress a bout it. Anybody got any advice on getting myself in to workout legs. ( I hate the next day after squats i can't even walk)

Yes free weights are best but you should still use the machines, especially the leg press because you can go to complete failure by pushing on your knees if you need a spot.

Man you need to do free standing squats. Going to failure is over-rated. You want to damage your muscles enough to encourage them to grow and not overload them so badly they have not fully recovered for your next session.

If you want big legs do squats. Do one set of 20 reps per week. No more. Start doing 20 reps at 40kg, then go up 2kg a week until you feel close to your limit, then go 1kg per week and once it gets brutal, look to add a total of 1kg every fortnight after that.

Safety and form are key. You need squat racks nearby or helpers in case you start to dangerously weaken.

If your form is good, this is all you need to do to build big legs. The testosterone released from this gruelling exercise will flood your body and you'll even find your upper body workouts improving along with it :)

Bottom line is IF YOU ARE NOT SQUATTING, YOU ARE NOT TRAINING. Penis EnlargementRIOD.

You may not like training legs, but I know you can find the 10 minutes needed once a week to warm up and then squat.

I'm with you levista... 20 rep squats are the best. Most people just don't know how to properly do 20 reppers. If you can do 20 reps straight, non stop - it's too light. And yes squats will definitely strengthen your upper body as well.

I personally don't do the 20-rep squats, I usually go with a warm up set, a set of 10, a set of 8, then a set of 6. However, I do agree that training lower body is a very, very important aspect of overall physical health that is often overlooked by your average, everyday gym rat.

I won't hold that against you... j/k At least you do them, i see so many guys at the gym that only work leg presses cuz squats are "too hard."

I agree. With that being the key part. I also see from further reading that you advocate no more than a set per week. Reasonable approach as well.

I might disagree on failure, though. I can guarantee you I could grow more on lifting to failure a couple times a month than a couple times a week of underperforming sets.

I could guaruntee you would as well :) However thats not what I was saying. Train one set a week at your natural limit, where the last 10 hurt, and the last 5 have you doubting why you do this shit :) And when you're done, you're a bit wobbly and glad you're not doing that again for a week!

join the club dude! I've been ridiculed about my legs my whole life. But my heart is strong and i stay very focused while working out in the gym. I know with all the hard work and effort i put forth, that one day i'll have a pair of legs to proud of. You just have to grin and bare it! You have to tell yourself you can do it and good things will happen. Just keep up the hard work buddy! Patience is the key to building a nice strong healthy body. Sure, its alot of hard work but in the end its worth every bit of the pain. Im going to tell you what others have told me. Just stick with it!
