I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 8 months now.
Start size: 5.5 x 4.4
Current size: 7 x 5.25
I take all of my measurements nbp. But I only have .25 inch fat pad.
I used to Penis Enlargement 5 days a week and my gains came real fast at first and then slowed down. Ever since I added holds I'm finally starting to see some girth gains. I have scaled down my routine because I have read up on some guys who have done less and gained more.

Current routine: Every other day
Jelqs 50-70% erect 265
Erect stretches
2 sets of holds

My current goal is 8.5 x 6.5 nbp. I want 8.5 because it would fill a Magnum XL to the brim. I wouldn't go past 9 in length . It would look even more ridiculous on my small body. In my opinion, any length over 7 is icing on the cake. I think 6 girth would be more than sufficient but since girth used to be my weakness I want to make it my strength. Also, I want to loosen up the women that I fuck so that if they cheat on me the average sized guy will feel like nothing and then they will wonder why the fuck they left me lol. I guess I have some fucked up security problems.

I am 5'9" 147 lbs. I am very physically fit and I am very strong for my size.

Ive done this routine 3 days in a row and now I am taking a break. I am still hanging pretty heavey. I hope this is a sign of growth. I currently have a short term goal of 7.5 x 5.75 and I will work my ass off to get there.

I appreciate it DLD. Also I ended up doing another session after my post where I indicated I was taking a break. Today is an official break. I am thinking about going 4 on 1 off.

Well keep messing with it until you get it right. Allot of Penis Enlargement is trial and error.

Last week I did 4 days of slammers followed by 3 days of rest. I just did a ton of slammers (wish I kept track) I am sure my penis is growing and I will measure later on. Damn good exercise.

Yes. I have recently begun doing pofuls and stretching every day. I used to not stretch barely at all. I can't really do blasters that well because I have to do my Penis Enlargement in the shower as I am in college and live in a dorm.

Thought I would chime in. I have been doing Penis Enlargement every other day. I have been doing a lot of stretching lately. I also jelq a little and then I mostly do slammers, mini slammers, horse 440s, and erect bends. I dont have a set program... I just do what I feel like. Hopefully I am growing.

MultiMan. The most important thing is that you train regularly. For me a tiny vacation can become permanent if I am not careful.
