I agree with DLD. From my own experience with clamping, I have found it best to keep things pretty simple. If you don't have 6 months or longer clamping experience, I'd not do much more than just using a clamp and staying stimulated under the added pressure of the clamp. That alone for sets of 10-15 minutes at a time can be plenty of a workout. It's easy for advanced PE guys, myself included to forget we all start somewhere and we all need to move up as we adapt. It's very easy to get excited about a technique when it seems to have promise, or gives a great workout. I have some good demonstration videos on proper clamping techniques on my support forum for guys interested.

Hi guys long time had passed since ive been here mostly due to the tons of unexpected real life things that happened to me some good some bad.

Anyway i wont to share with you one of my favorite Girth exercises.Dont know if they exist so i appologize in front if they do.

The reason this exercises is so effective its because it works on very simple anatomycal princip.
It overflows(overfills) Corpus Cavernosum to the point where it must break down thus increasing your cappilary density thus resulting in a penis that can absorb and hold more blood.

This exercise is a combination of a jelq and slow squash jelq.
Imagine a needle full of water and your trying to push the water through the "opening" that isnt opened.

This exercise works better for guys that have turkey necks or extra skin that is very elastic.

For this exercise you will need a removable cable tie because it spreads the "clamping" pressure more simmetricly and equal around the penis.
Get your base of the benis bandaged cause you will be exerting a lot of force on the point where cable clamp will be put.

Get 100% errect,pull your skin as far back as possible but not to far cause you wanna go back to the glands on the positive part of the repetition(jelq).

Put the cable tie on the base of the penis and tighten in as hard as possible>> i use a plier to tighten it as hard as possible.

Your cable tie is now tightly closed near the base of the penis with your skin pulled backward.
Now take your hand and and use it to move the closed cable tie towards the glands very slowly like a jelq.
If youre sitting "bend">> move(very important) your penis a little bit forward so you make it extra hard and start from that position.
After youve finished the rep slide(skin) the closed cable tie backwards and start again.

When youre moving the cable tie towards the glands you will feel big pain like youre destroying the inside of the penis but dont worry its the spongy tissue that is beeing overfilled with blood and destroyed.

After few reps you will notice your glands starting to turn dark and small red dots will appear alongside the shaft of your penis.
Dont overdo it we dont wanna have any injuries.

Hi. How long did you do this exercise and did u measure before the exercise? Where and how much did you gain by this exercise? And did you do any other PE in the period that you did the above exercise?
