ive done this exercise for a long time and i agree it truly is the best girth exercise. i am a little skeptical on whether im hurting my penis or not. i would discontinue this exercise if any of you have discomfort afterwards during urinating or such. but it truly is a great exercise for girth. i dont use clamps i just get 80 percent erect and use my super strong hands to hold teh ok grip around the base and let it get engorged and move it up about an 1 and a half. and then hold that for abuot 10 seconds then release and contninue that for 10 minutes.
 
Hey... I want to give this a try, but I'm not sure what you mean by "removable cable tie"... what is this exactly and where could I get one?

Right now I'm doing this with regular cable clamps, and it's ok, but could work better. I put on three clamps, and only tighten them one notch, so they're not very tight. Then I do like you said, but it's hard to push them up, and they don't move smoothly. They're just a tiny bit too tight I think, but like I said they're only tightened one notch, so I can't go any looser.

I'd love to share results though if you could let me know what the cable tie is.

When youre moving the cable tie towards the glands you will feel big pain like youre destroying the inside of the penis but dont worry its the spongy tissue that is beeing overfilled with blood and destroyed.

thats an erect jelq...very bad idea

i did this when i was a teenager before i knew about Penis Enlargement (but with my hands, no cable clamp)
it is effective for girth, but soooooo sooo sooo dangerous.

when my penis finished growing i had half of my penis that was 6 inches around, and the other half was like 5....it is even now, but i still notice a fundamental difference between the upper and lower halfs of my penis when it is flaccid.

the lower part that i didnt use this technique on is normal, gets soft when its flaccid...but the top half is pretty hard when flaccid...
im pretty sure this is not a good thing.

I don't think erect jelqs are a bad idea personally, they seem logical to me.
 
dude, i dont think its worth the risk when it comes to your penis...there are better ways to get girth...plus from my experience erect jelquing/clamping goes away after a while and leaves you with a deflated semi erect penis that cant maintain a strong egnough erection, it took me like a solid year and a half of not doing anything to fix what i did to myself from erect jelquing/clamping

heres a little story about when i was clamping, i was with this girl, and i was way into clamping/ EJing ..she was givving me head and i couldnt get a full erection, so i said fuck it, and i did some clamping while she was blowing me, her jaw got mad tired, but when i went to fuck her i lost like half my girth, it sucked...

I don't do clamping, and I normally do jelqing from anywhere around 70-100% erection. There are loads of people here who erect jelq and have had no problems like the one you describe...
 
I do super intense clamping and have never had that problem.

What Penis Enlargement is not damaging to you?
 
Yep, just because one guy once in a while goofs up his penis doesn't mean any certain type of Penis Enlargement is ''more'' prone to causing problems than any other. They ALL come with risks. I've done probably more intense shit to my dick than any other man I've met in the whole Penis Enlargement community, other than maybe DLD and one or two other men I can think of and I've never had an issue with my penis.

No, for me it sounds way too close to a ridiculously tight jelq which would raise the risk for thrombosed veins to the extreme...at least in my opinion.
 
This is a more extreme variation to the clamped jelq where you clamp off at the base like I do and with the hands jelq. For me that is intense enough and I can squeeze very hard but with this method I would likely cause internal damage with the pressure getting too great. This must be the ultimate in power for clamped jelq but not sure who could utilize and benefit from it.
 
if you guys are finding this extreme then perhaps just reduce the intensity or like redzulu mentioned don't move the cable tie up and instead use your hands to jelq up or even down all the while having the base clamped with a cable tie, ring, cable clamp, or whatever

nonetheless great mod to the jelq

i gotta get a damn silicone sleeve or ace bandage or something for the base! arghh!

what are u considering dangerous, the extra enlargement from the clamp and moving it up in upward jelq fashion? i just mentioned if it seems too much one can reduce intensity and even use redzulu's method

im just curious b/c u also mention that in PE there needs to be damage to be able to make gains

are u saying this would be too much expansion and too much damage in one session?

it just doesn't seem that bad

2 things that happen with clamping that worries me. One, discoloration is unavoidable and this 'type' of discoloration has more permanence than any other method of training. Second reason is Thrombosis, this is a very common with clamping and when it happens you can expect to be out of commission for up to a month or more. If these things do not worry you then go forward, but be careful.
 
I agree with DLD. From my own experience with clamping, I have found it best to keep things pretty simple. If you don't have 6 months or longer clamping experience, I'd not do much more than just using a clamp and staying stimulated under the added pressure of the clamp. That alone for sets of 10-15 minutes at a time can be plenty of a workout. It's easy for advanced PE guys, myself included to forget we all start somewhere and we all need to move up as we adapt. It's very easy to get excited about a technique when it seems to have promise, or gives a great workout. I have some good demonstration videos on proper clamping techniques on my support forum for guys interested.
