Hi guys long time had passed since ive been here mostly due to the tons of unexpected real life things that happened to me some good some bad.

Anyway i wont to share with you one of my favorite Girth exercises.Dont know if they exist so i appologize in front if they do.

The reason this exercises is so effective its because it works on very simple anatomycal princip.
It overflows(overfills) Corpus Cavernosum to the point where it must break down thus increasing your cappilary density thus resulting in a penis that can absorb and hold more blood.

This exercise is a combination of a jelq and slow squash jelq.
Imagine a needle full of water and your trying to push the water through the "opening" that isnt opened.

This exercise works better for guys that have turkey necks or extra skin that is very elastic.

For this exercise you will need a removable cable tie because it spreads the "clamping" pressure more simmetricly and equal around the penis.
Get your base of the benis bandaged cause you will be exerting a lot of force on the point where cable clamp will be put.

Get 100% errect,pull your skin as far back as possible but not to far cause you wanna go back to the glands on the positive part of the repetition(jelq).

Put the cable tie on the base of the penis and tighten in as hard as possible>> i use a plier to tighten it as hard as possible.

Your cable tie is now tightly closed near the base of the penis with your skin pulled backward.
Now take your hand and and use it to move the closed cable tie towards the glands very slowly like a jelq.
If youre sitting "bend">> move(very important) your penis a little bit forward so you make it extra hard and start from that position.
After youve finished the rep slide(skin) the closed cable tie backwards and start again.

When youre moving the cable tie towards the glands you will feel big pain like youre destroying the inside of the penis but dont worry its the spongy tissue that is beeing overfilled with blood and destroyed.

After few reps you will notice your glands starting to turn dark and small red dots will appear alongside the shaft of your penis.
Dont overdo it we dont wanna have any injuries.

Similar thing at the starting position but youre clamp isnt moving much so its basically isometric hold what youre doing in my exercise the clamp goes up all the way up to the glands,you need to have a very elastic extra skin to do it ofc.Good job nevertheless.
 
Thats your opinion DLD and i respect it, but people need to try the exercise and judge for them selves i tryed both and this one works better for me i just hope people will understand how it is done.
 
Don't fully understand the move from reading the details. I will check out SWM vid if I get a chance to get on the PC(Im on my cell).

I have done Clamped SSJ in the past. For me, fluid build up would almost be a rapid response after a few minutes. So I was forced to do clamping & SSJ separate.
 
its a slow squash jelq replacing the hand clamp with a cable clamp. i believe crazyed did this modification also. i find it easier with a clamp otherwise i lose my erection too fast

Its not a slow squash jelq.Totally diffrent exercise.Its has the same starting position like in SWM vid except here when you grab the cable tie with your both hands you move it all the way to the glands "squashing" every "drop" of blood towards the glands because of the level of constriction and "squezee" beeing applied by the cable tie.
When youre sitting you push your penis forward so it bends at the base making your penis even more harder then you start the rep when your penis is pointing forward not upward.

Can you actually do this exercise yourself without injury? It just sounds awfully prone to injury the better I seem to understand it. I've done some crazy stuff with my penis over the years, but this seems like something even I would not do. I'm not trying to say guys should not, but do so with caution. From what I understand, you are basically forcing a clamp up the shaft of your penis under very high pressure. I don't see how this could not be done without getting thrombosed veins or rupturing capillaries in the urethra. BIG reason I do not like high erection jelqs.

I'm just playing ''Devils Advocate''. Have YOU actually done this exercise of yours there Blue Whale, or is this a theory that you hope other men will be a guinea pig for? I only ask because I do care about what men here try and do to their penis. I know I have sometimes come off as one who throws caution to the wind, but this exercise just seems to be one of the more dangerous ones I've seen posted on a Penis Enlargement forum.

You are very right SWM its a very advanced exercise that should only be attempted and practiced by people that have a very "conditioned" penis and have lots of Penis Enlargement experience.
This is something a novice shouldnt do cause there is a posibility of an injury just like with any advanced Penis Enlargement exercise even more so with this exercise.

Ive been "training" for over a decade so i am used to this exercise.

My advice to the guys just starting and trying this exercise is to start with low force of cable tie constriction at the base and "tighten" it more and more over time cause this exercise really shows its effectivness at higher pressures.

Funny thing is it incredibly increases capillary density and increases blood flow to the penis so when you first start doing it you will have huge increase in EQ immediatly couple of hours after you do a "training" session+ you will "grow" realy fast after every training session.
It really "breaks" down the chambers very effectively and its hard to get used to it,you will get red spots and "marks" for months after doing it,its just that anatomicly effective.

I advise a 1-1 training scheme with 1 day training,1 day off.

This exercise is far too extreme. Proceed with caution.

I would go for the normal ULIs than this, cos I am sure if you do this u would get some burst capillaries.
 
I would advise anyone thats intermediate or "veteran" of Penis Enlargement to try these and try to give the feedback to this thread,1 word(my word) means nothing,but lots of words(your words) mean much.

So try to read the description carefully if you have any questions pls ask and ill try to answer it in the best possible way,dont confuse this exercise with Jelqing when youre opening the thread its a completely diffrent and unique exercise thats incredibly efficient at breaking plateaus because of its anatomical and physiological advantages.
This exercise is like doing the hardest,strongest,tightest jelq you have ever done thus breaking the chamber resulting in giving your body no option but to adapt and expand its spongy tissue thus resulting in a thicker,girthier Penis.
I shouldve named the exercise diffrently people will think its a some sort of a hand jelq variation.

Just be carefull when doing it and take all precaution steps.

I tried your exercise, but with only moving the clamp about 2" back and forth via the skin. (When I moved the skin towards the base I kegeled to prevent the blood from going back)
Did it after a Bathmate session. Exercise is still good, even if clamp is not moved entirely to the head. Got a total fatigue from this one.

*For people that try this, use caution. Feel how far you can go, don't push it!
 
Just watched stills vid. How close is this to your exercise BW? I tried them a few seconds ago using a tight uli grip. Seems to create intense pressure!

Yes the starting position is the same just like with normal clamping except here you tight it even harder(advanced) and then you "jelq" the cable tie or "clamp" all the way to the glands or as close as possible(extra elastic skin is advantage here).

Yes it does creates intense pressure and with it comes a greater risk of Penis Enlargement injury so you have to be very carefull not to overdo it or overintensify it.

If you can truly say you used this lone excise to build up the girth I saw, I will use it. However, I think I will stick to manual non-cramping Penis Enlargement.

I want to build up size and girth just like the next guy, but I have to remind myself to always do it safely and have patience. I think patience lacks, then you turn to extreme measures like cramping.
 
Good to have you back on the forums. Sounds really intense and I'll try it, intensity gets results in this game for me. I always loved clamped jelqs and this just takes it to whole new levels. Also the best girth exercise is the one that WORKS for a given person and one they can use well.
 
Hi m8 glad that youre here.I havent found or invented a better girth exercise then this.This is the only thing that is still giving me "newbie" spots again and again and again after "years", but youre right though although we "homosapiens" share the same anatomy and physology in general> everyone has to find his own path of "success" and success mostly comes with trial and error process untill you find out what works for "you".
