Man, I am having trouble with motivation lately. I was on vacation last week and started a new job this week. I just can't seem to find a groove and haven't been motivated enough to get back into this.

I just started wearing my tugger again now that I have gotten a RhytHydromax on the new job, but the hours are a little different and I can't seem to find the time at home now. And when I do find a little time, I just can't seem to get moving. It's like "well, its been a week, one more day won't hurt"..
arghhh

You know something very un-pleasent Ive discoverd about life. Theres moments when you have to make yourself do things. You cant just sit around and waste away. Seriously...you have to stand up, STAND UP, walk to your place and do your thing.
If its something you want, youll be glad you stood up and forced yourself to perform. If its something you want, most times you wont have to force yourself. Sometimes you will.

Yep, winners never feel their way into action. They just act, and pretty soon, their actions make them feel a lot better.

Ditto, ditto, and ditto. Listen to the words of these wise men, and you shall soon have a penis that hangs to your ankle if you so desire.

I began a workout regimen several years ago that required me to get out of bed at 4:30am and into the weight room at 5am. I found that if I could make the effort, if I could override the voice begging me to stay in bed, if I just got my ass to the gym, the rest was pretty easy.

Good luck.
