Is it more efficient to do the jelqing and stretching excersise sitting down or standing up?

How long should you wait between each stretch in DLDs Phase 1?

I know everyone says the spots and bruises are normal for Penis Enlargement, but is that what we want to accomplish or is that a sign that we are working to hard. I mean are we shooting for those bruises the more the better or are they just something that every1 probally gets and it means u should take it easy.?

While u jelq should u kegel? Same thing with stretching I've read u should kegel while u stretch for a better stretch and I 've also heard u should just be complete relaxed.

There are no proven facts that either are more effective than the other, its just whatever you prefer doing..

No time at all, do it and get it over with, keep it intense.

You dont neccesarily need bruises or spots to make gains but when you do get them, it does mean for sure that you are working it to the max but everyone has different levels of sensitivity and skin, you take it easy if you want, if not..keep going. I have a permanent red ring around my circumsicion scar now that I didn't take it easy after girth sessions and stretches ..

While jelquing, I find it more effective to kegel while you are doing jelqs, pushing more blood into your penis. Stretching , you should do reverse kegels to weaken your ligs as much as possible, being relaxed, meaning flaccid im guessing. Lig gains mostly come from flaccid stretches . tunicua on the other hand is a diff story.
