I will be starting in on Phase 2 of the MoS program by Monday and was wondering if there would be any diminishing returns if I also did the stretch and jelq routine from phase 1 as well. Say, do phase 2 in the morning, and stretch & jelq in the evening?

I just want to make sure and avoid over-training.

I agree with DLD, follow the phases until...you know what works for you best. We all want to grow ASAP but, consistency and dedication will be the best call. Don't forget the boo boo section is full of people who tried too much too soon. When in doubt go read some threads in there. It helps keep me in check....t/c

Very good point, shojii. The reason I contemplated doing stretches and jelqs in addition to phase 2 was that, even though I haven't gotten noticable gains from them in a few weeks, if I was to get any more out of them I didn't want to miss out.

Wow, just finished my phase 2 exercises for the night, and you're right DLD, it is intense. I've got a some questions, though.

I wrote in another thread that I wanted to create a slight up-angle for my penis starting around mid-shaft. I was wondering if something like an inverted A-stretch would help towards that end while still doing the same job as a regular a-stretch ? For what it's worth, I'm doing the "fake arm" version of the A-stretch until I get another half inch or so of NBP length .

Similar question for the double forced jelq and bend. In the video, you push down, but should I push up to get the penis angle I want?

On the compression squeezes, my fingers keep slipping because of the vaseline. How do you get a good grip?


Sorry if I'm trying to fiddle to much with it right out of the gate. I'm just a little excited since I can really feel the fatigue from the workout, especially around my base.

Stretching usually will not effect a curve as much as semi or erect exercise. A-Stretch Blasters are done flaccid so it will have little on no effect on your curve.

Now this is where you can correct your curve. Customizing the jelq style to work against your curve, as you stated, will be very helpful in correction. You may also want to explore the Penis EnlargementYRONIES section of the site. There are some custom exercises geared directly at curvature.

My first advice is to squeeze tighter but if this is not the case you may want to do COMPRESSION squeezes before the wet portion of your girth routine which will definetly solve your problem.
