This is good for a newbie.
You can look through all the exercises in one go from the MOS DVD, and get yourself up to speed of what penis enlargement is all about.
But if you want any kind of structure, and follow the PHASES (1-5) you need to look at post #1 in this thread.

The video file is split up in two:

Thanks for posting this ! Maybe 75% of the questions on this forum could be answered if people just watched these videos ? A picture is worth a thousand words , these videos are worth a million longer penis's ?

That FAQ is great too ! Not sure how you guys stay sane answering the same questions over and over again . Just goes to show what good guys you are and that you are truly trying to help others . This is the only forum I've been on where the vibe is actually friendly .
