How do i get my meat 2 stick up more, cause my just seems 2 droop down when i get an errection. Also how do i get it harder?

Try a L-Arginine supplement. Take at least 6 grams per day, split into two servings. Take your second one about 1 hour before sex.

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• Stronger Erections
• Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
• Larger head size
• Further ejaculatory Distance
• Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
• It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

talking from experience and the fact that is a page right outta DLD's newbie routine, the hold for 1 min. is the real tough part. good luck. and if you find any tricks to holding out for that long please share the wealth bro.

I remember when I first started doing this routine 1 minute seemed like a year:D I guess time and practice is important here. Currently I could hold it indefinetly.

When I first started getting serious about PC work I would do 100 "warm up" kegels, then 9 holds for 30 seconds each, with a 30 second break between. Then on the 10th hold I'd try to hold it for a full minute, then 100 "warm down" kegels. It's almost impossible at first, but after a few days it will get easier. Then when it starts to be too easy, add 15 seconds so you're doing 9 holds for 45 seconds and one hold for a minute and a half. Your 10th one should always be double the other ones. Then however long I did the last hold for, that's how many hundred kegels I'd do to warm down. So if I did 9 holds for 2 minutes each I'd do 1 hold for 4 minutes and then 400 kegels. But always 100 to warm up. I haven't done this in a while, but I got to the point that I could do a PC hold for 15 minutes without letting up if I wanted to. I had a PC made of steel!!

I need to start doing these more.
