i was thinking. what if u use a medium clamp at the base then use the small sized clamp on the head. this would trap all the blood in the shaft and amke u a monster lol

I reckon this is in reach for those with average, below average girth.
You have made a GOOD point however, cos if a *small* guy does use this method, well can use it, he may gain quicker from the sudden pressure made available from the presence of the smaller clamp which in normal circumstances wouldnt fit above average males.

ure right red but i notice my head is small when i get morning wood soo i think its best to use then. i dont even know if it would fit though. but normal head engorgement is big, youre right
