However, what is now needed, is users feedback on gains using this device.

Continue with your own progress threads, but also, please can you update us here with gains you have, from using the MityVac range.

Members embarking on this journey, should keep track from day one, with a measurement, and photo.

Mine just came and I cannot wait to open the box and check it out! I’m gonna do an open box tonight when my Son gets home and I’ll do a more extensive review in about a week after I have tried everything.
 
Good so far! My flaccid hang is getting looks! (I’m cheating, there’s a c-ring, but still) I’d appreciate more tips on pressure. Is it dumb to go above ten? I’ve done up to a minute at 11 with no damage but afraid to go farther. Any data on this?

Update: the following morning i went to 11 for one minute again and got a small but bruise. There’s an answer for me! I’d still like more data but was having trouble finding a thread. Reminded me that the penis is not immortal and that i want to keep myself in top shape for continuing workouts. Patience is a virtue. A little bruise isn’t cause for a rest day though, right?

New guys to pumping should take it slow at first, until the penis gets accustomed to the pressure the pump puts on the penis. For the first week pump every other day for 10mins at 3hg. This will condition the dick for future pumping sessions. The second week you can go ahead and beef it up some (pun intended) Go every other day 2 sets at 10mins at 3 hg. Week 3 now you’re basically ready to go to a full 3 set workout at 3hg every other day. Week 4 do the same as week three but raise the pressure to 5hg. After week 4 you should be conditioned to do pretty much what you want with it as long as you remain conscience of your penis’s stress handling abilities

Sometimes even crawl. You do not have to be great to start but you do have to start to be great. Let us drag you, you can crawl, start walking, start running and then over time you will win the marathon.
 
Well I’m packing out the 2”(with sleeve). It’s starting to get boring, so after three 5 minute sets in that, i did a 5 min and a 3 min in the 2.25. Lemme tell ya, ENGORGED. I’m getting back to my peak bathmate thickness, but this time I’m gonna keep it. Between srt, the mityvac, and my utter intolerance of staying the same size, I’m gonna hit them goals once and for all

SRT plus Hydropumping = Success! You can’t loose!
 
I haven’t even tried it in water, though tonight would have been perfect. Every time has been air with the sleeve. I get almost zero fluid retention. It looks less impressive right after, but i know it’s more real, so I’m down with it

Reality is tissue expansion, retention is all ego ? you will really enjoy hydro-pumping, especially if you are doing the 5×5×3 routine in SRT. Water is much more natural and gentle to the body than air. Most air pumpers switch to water as soon as they try.
