When you evangelize there isn't much faith needed from the non-believer as much as there is from you. God will never let us down if we believe, but we can't just cross arms expecting him to do all the work.

With PE you believe it because you can see it. Its not harder than grabbing a good routine, and do it everyday:). Do your exercise, and you'll gain brother don't worry. You can't go to the gym everyday, and expect not to lose weight right?

Of course. The mind is so powerful that it even has that positive effect. If you have a negative mind then you wont gain. For example, sick people are often so sick that they feel they wont get better and they don't until they believe in themselves to get better.
 
This makes perfect sense to me. Our bodies adapt very well to stress. Given 2-4 weeks, a 5 lbs hang done every day will seem like nothing on the 5th week. Its because your body has adapted. Its doing what its meant to do; keep you alive and allow you to work with less stress. All one needs to do is continue to remember that when things get easy, one must make it tough again. Its easy to fall into a routine where you are just 'putting in your dues' for the day, but if you aren't pushing yourself, to that next intensity level incrementally, you might as well be doing nothing at all. Mentally, I definitely understand that we as a species love instant gratification. We want immediate feedback, and in PE that's not how it works. I get it that immediate feedback gives us the ability to either stay put or move on to something that does work, but the shortest feedback period in PE (at least for myself) has been 1 week. One must develope patience. In reality, if you don't lie to yourself and know for a fact that you are at the limit of your intensity for any given session, and you are doing that daily, then you WILL gain. Your body has no other choice but to change to the given response.

yeah actually its quite strange because the body is supposed to respond by itself taking the mind part away:p,if you stretch the penis hard enough by a reasonable period of time,no matter how negative a man is the penis will get enlarged....Sometimes we have automatic sessions n we dont check what are we doing...like we lack in intensity not stretching hard enough etc...


obviously in the mind part if we are positive n capable enough the odds of having better results can increase n things can be easier....cause the body can be in a relaxed state n the gains can come in an easier way!!IMHO

I guess it makes sense that a poor mindset and disbelief could affect gains. Gives you a tendency to half ass things and take extra time off and all that. It's also not really known how limiting the brain can be with making gains but with all the documentation on the placebo effect it's definitely worth considering. You can't hang around here too long and be convinced this stuff doesn't work though. I like the idea that every wang can make gains pretty much the same way. I make sure I understand all the ways my routine can work and I think that understanding is awful important. You're way more likely to keep doing something that makes sense than something that doesn't.

Intensity of work with exercises is definitely an area where people can go farther. I should take some pics the next time my wang looks like it just got hammered in a ufc fight. People overreact a lot to sensations and pains. A dick is a ridiculously resilient thing. You need to dish out as much as it can take, or that resilience is going to leave you gainless. And that's really not just length wise. It's all of pe and really just the human body as a general rule. We're built to last.
 
The mind and body are one with each other and we can sometimes separate them and cause ourselves undue obsession. In order to make gains the mind and body need to work together in many ways, not just visualization. The mind directs the body to intensity, understanding our limits, experimentation and other important factors. Meditation is very helpful prior to training to quiet the mind and to prepare for the training. I know, for myself, my mind did not catch up with my body fast enough and I ended up with Penile Dysmorphic Disorder, not being able to "see" the gains I made. This was a HUGE reason for the mental penis enlargement forum. I was able to connect the body and mind and I wanted to let the Brotherhood do the same!

Understanding is a huge part. If you're still skeptical do as much research. Then make the conclusion to yourself if something is possible or not, do not simply give into the information, let yourself absorb the information and process it to a point in which You, YOURSELF really understand and believe in.
