So this is an exersise https://mattersofsize.com/media/middle-up-doubleclamp-mov.100/ that i created and use in these days. It is speacially designed to focus on girth gains on middle-up part of the penis. U can perform this on an 30%-70% erection level.
But as i havent seen it from somewhere and havent heard second opinions, i have some doubds about the safetyness and the effectiveness of this exersise ( i mean it gives gains more on smooth muscle ? tunica ? skin ? ) as i dont use it a long time to see a lot results, (although after this exersise a temporary girth expansion is obvious.) I would appreciate some feedback.
