I am coming up with some "micro" sessions to supplement my main training sessions to get a little more time in and also to keep me engaged in doing consistent PE. Here is one I came up with tonight. I was able to do this while spending time with my kids, making dinner, etc.

Pre-supplements: L Citruline, L Arganine, Cayenne, Maca

Concealed Routine (in sweatpants):

  • Warm up(hot rice sock inside pants between long john / underwear layers) - 5 minutes
  • Remove Underwear/long johns - switch to Sweat pants ONLY.
  • Hang with 2.5 lbs XSleeve inside sweat pants, wrapping the hot rice sock around the silicone sleeve for added blood flow
Bathroom "break":

  • 25 cranks
  • Testicle health massage 1-2 minutes
  • 4x 30 second __________ stretches
  • Put Xsleeve back on, and reheat rice sock - wrap around silicone sleeve inside sweat pants

Repeat as desired.

I am on round 2 as I type this....
 
Awesome ! This is a great way to build a positive habit of consistent pe even if it is minor nice !??
 
I also use this time to get some Kegels / Reverse Kegels in...

Sorry but how do you target the tunica (damage) to make gains? What you've wrote didn't do this at all I'm just curious
 
Very good point @FullBloodArab - it’s not a replacement for hardcore stretching or hanging...

I still get intense LM sessions in as well. The routine above is fun and keeps me engaged in PE while doing other stuff around the house. Plus I do think getting even a few stretches in here and there and testicle massage makes me hang better day to day and feel better.

You target to Tunica by using bundled stretches. Before every girth or length routine get in five minutes a bundle stretches and they will pre-stretch your Tunica giving you much better length and girth gains.

I know. I thought that was the only thing he was doing. Then no gains in a lifetime what so ever
