im purely after girth, im 18 and have been Penis Enlargementing for about a year (only less than 6 months where i've actually understood its got to be done hardcore to see any gains..), I have 2 routines a week (because I believe recovery time plays a big role).. in which I start of with some harcore dry jelqs, then some horse squeezes, then a few erect bends at the base to make sure no baseball bat effect occour, then some more dry jelqs and horse squeezes again followed by some final kegels.. sometimes take supps like l-arginine and horny goat weed, can you guys give me some advice as to reach my big girth goal? I defently see time as the most important element, since turning things hardcore I reckon i've gained about .3/.4 in girth (im currently 7 length and about 5.2/5.3 girth), thanks for any advice

Sounds like youre on the rigth track already. How long do you hold each squeeze? At least 20 seconds I hope. Also, make sure youre as close to fully erect as possible and then kegel more blood in there when doing your squeezes. I only do half erect jelqs for a few minutes before I begin my intense stuff as a warm up exercise. So, maybe you can put more time into doing the intense squeezes and bends...which I feel work girth more effectively than jelqing no matter how erect you are when you jelq......if you cut the jelqing back to only a few minutes at the beginning as a warm up exercise.

thanks for the advice stillwantmore, I kinda feel dry jelqs at fully erect are quite beneficial, but im probably not doing the squeezes as best I could.. also I only bend at the base to stop baseball bat, are bends very good for girth all over? they scare me a little bb:O thanks alot
