We men tend to look at things in 2-D, and sometimes we forget to look at the “whole picture.” Here's why this is a mistake.
The world was once believed by man to be flat – a two dimensional object. It is now known, and has been known for sometime that the Earth is in fact round – a three-dimensional object.*

But even to this day, we men still look at some things in 2-D. Our penis is commonly viewed as a two dimensional object. When referring to a man's size, we usually attribute his size (or lack of) to his length OR girth. This view is inadequate. To get the “whole picture,” we have to look at both length and girth – combined together. The best way to do this is in terms of volume. Moreover, measuring in volume allows men to measure with one number (cubic inches), instead of two.

Getting the Whole Picture

Why is it important to get a look at the whole picture? Consider two guys with exactly 5.5” of Length and 4.5” Girth – approximately 8.86 cubic inches**. Suppose both of these men exercise their penis to make it bigger. One man gains one inch of length, while the other gains one inch of girth. Which man is bigger? They are surely not the same. . .

Starting Stats: 5.5” X 4.5” ≈ 8.86 cubic inches
Length Gainer Post Stats: 6.5 x 4.5 ≈ 10.47 cubic inches
Girth Gainer Post Stats: 5.5 x 5.5 ≈ 13.24 cubic inches

The guy who gained an inch of length is now approximately 18.2 percent bigger, while the guy who gained an inch of girth is now approximately 49.4 percent bigger. The girth man increased his penis size almost three times as much as the length man! Two sizes which seem very similar are in fact very different. Only using volume to calculate the penis size do we see the whole three-dimensional picture.

Now, this does not necessarily mean you should throw away your length routine and focus completely on girth (although many women and men suggest that girth is the true matter of size). It simply means that thinking in terms length and girth combined (volume) is important when exercising the penis.

More On Volume...
For more proof on the importance of volume, take the case of a man who started out with 6" X 5" and gained .75" X .75". The .75" X .75" doesn't sound like a lot, but he actually increased his penis size by nearly 50 percent!

Calculating Volume

Calculating volume isn't as hard as it looks! You can calculate your penis volume on your own by applying the formula used to find the volume of a cylinder :

(Length X Girth ²)
------------------------
4 X Pi

Pi is 3.14159265.

Here is an example of how you would plug in your sizes to obtain your volume. For this example the man has a 6 inch penis in length, and a 5 inch penis in girth (aka circumference). This gives us:

(6 X 5 ²)
-------------------
(4 X 3.14159265)

Simplifying this brings it to:

150
-------
12.566*

Simplifying once again allows us to obtain the volume:

11.94 cubic inches.

It's that simple!

**The penis is not a perfect cylinder, therefore the measurements are not 100 percent accurate, but the measurements are definitely more accurate than the standard Length X Girth method.

Or you could dip your dick in a measuring cup, fill it to the top marking, then remove your dick, and subtract the new marking from the original to see how much volume you displaced. LOL...sorry couldn't resist. But yours is a good quick loose approximation without getting wet.

So Red, with all of your girth work, does this mean you have 10 cubic feet of cock? ;p
Great post

haha yeah red only wants qubics to count cause he is the girth master :p

well why not add it to the measurments.

even ++ 0.25x0.25 is a big gain volume wise.

Thank You but please dont loose foresight that the article was written by Aaron "remek" Kemmer of Penis EnlargementGym and I cant take credit for it, just sharing this and I removed some of the more repeatable parts but not taking anything away from Remek's work and as you can see I give credit to others unlike many in this field who steal and claim it as new info. He makes a great point and it has nothing to do with my blessings in girth that I back this way of measuring things as my length itself is over 8 inches so hardly short in that dept!

Volume is more complete, it also gives a guy more hope then simply reading off length and girth in smaller numbers. This tells the Fuller story instead of parts. A gain, no matter how small can be seen in its ENTIRETY with this method. Example if you cant grasp this is a guy with a 8 inch penis with 7 inch girth gains whats seems just 1/4 inch (.25) in length. The next guy is also 8 inches in girth but 6 inches girth and has the same gains this month. The dude with the 7 inch girth gas actually gained more, yet many guys will only see 1/4 (.25) when discussing with online friends in here but when took into volume the 7 inch guy has much more in his gains that month and that's simple physics with more mass needed to grow for a penis 8x7 1/4 inch then a penis 8x6 1/4 inch.

I have written a post regarding the difficulties of growing length when your larger in girth but cant for the life of me find it :( if someone does PLEASE link it in here, good info.

Thats what I learned and why I only focus on length until I hit my goal.

Overall I have the impression, from reading, that it is harder to gain girth. this makes sense as a girth gain adds significantly to volume gains.

If you want to find your penis wolume heres a nifty page to do so:

http://www.mraverage.com/measure.htm (Scroll down from "measure your self " to "willy maths

this link is also fun : http://www.mraverage.com/sizer.php

If you want to measure acurate fill a syliner that easely can acomedate your penis with water all the way up to the point of overflow. have somting that can colekt the water underneath. then stick the part of the penis you would like to mesure in to the cylinder. mesaure the water you colected . tha da! your penis volume is now 100% mesaure ewerey litel bump is factored in.

Why spill? You can fill while your penis is already in a marked container. Remove your penis and note the change in volume. This negative displacement is your volume.

Or vice versa. You can fill a marked container to a known volume, insert your penis, and note change in volume. This positive displacement is your volume.

No spills necessary. :D (and no inaccuracy due to splashing, surface tension, or capillary action)
