It's bit of a give or take. In one hand it can relax and release some good feelings but then again with ejaculation you're losing some nutrients, in smaller case though.
So depending how you're feeling, if it isn't severe, go for it. If you're really feeling down under then it's best to refrain and rest.
Drink plenty of water! And even though you said it's nothing extreme for now, please remain indoors with little to no contact to others.
I've personally ejaculated while I've been sick, it has been an odd feeling most times so best thing to do is to rest and hydrate. (Yes, I repeated myself.)

Matters for interntal orgasms!
Only thing I had was Severe Like Strep Throat with it. No other symptoms. Missed almost 50 days at work. It was like some stuffed hundred broken glass bottles down my throat, hard to drink water. Better now, been back to work a month. Thanks

For me it makes no difference I think I’ve gone as long as 21 days in the orgasm did not produce any more ejaculate then it would regularly. But I always had small orgasms.

If a girl is with you solely for your cock size it’s probably a good idea to kick her to the curb. Relationships should be based on compatibility and friendship. Sex should be a loving thing that reflects the friendship and the compatibility. There is someone out there for everyone, just got a find her. For me there’s no room for women. Those are the type of women I would stay away from. Do you want a humble woman who doesn’t have her mind completely on sex there’s so much more to a relationship.
