Hello everybody
I started PE before 2 weeks, when i jelq i get horny and there are times that i start masturbating because of this, is there risk when i masturbate and do PE or should i stop masturbation?

Just return to jelqing, and stop masturbating. Jelqing needs to be consistent and stopping to masturbate does not help. Try to concentrate on the exercises!
 
It would depend on what routine your doing while your jelqing. If your doing a girth routine I would do SSJ or just intense girth jelqs and if your jelqing for length, I would do PC flexes before to tire my penis out from getting an erection or stop and do PC flexes until the erection subsides.

This would be helpful for my routine. Can you explain PC flexes? Generally how many do you do at a time when starting doing them? Also how many times a week?
 
Hey MIKE3209.....pc flexes are an exercise that you do when you flex the muscle that's located on the floor of the pelvis area that runs between the anus and the testicles. You can locate the muscle by stopping and starting your flow while you urine. The muscle you flex to stop your urine is the PC muscle. You can also locate it by causing your penis to either get harder or point up when erect by flexing it. It might make your penis jump up and down by flexing it repeatedly lol. Once you get familiar with flexing your PC muscle you can start to do sets to strengthen it. Start with 300 a day and work your way up from there. Your erection hardness and ejaculation force will be crazy.

Ok thank you for the reply! Should I do this while using my BM? What about while wearing a C-Ring?
