DLD , supra, and Red u guys are acclaimed as the master of girth in my eyes. Can u make me a master girth routine that i can do for a half an hour or a routine that i could spread out during the course of the day?

My thing is dld, i have always been an on and off pe-er. I always wanted a combinatioin of girth and width. I have lately been doing supra slammers and girth busters, but i wonder what else is there that is so much more effective than this. I understand that these exercises are great, but i just kno that u guys kno something more than i do, thats working wonders for ur gains width and girth wise. Im not sure how effective the width expansions are for width, but i kno that i need a much thicker penis. Fuck length for me at this point, i want hardcore, unadulturated girth and width. The last time i measured it was 6 girth. So i guess what im asking is for a routine that is very girth and width oriented, that can be spread out through the day while still effective (b/c of school), and that can provide promising gains. As i have said, i am def. no newbie to this world of P.E., thats why i only ask people like DLD and Red, cuz they kno that i can handle the more hardcore routines, so all i ask is for a girth and width routine since i currently dont exactly have one.

Hit the clamps hard man! Get REDs constrictor thread, study it and practice it, you'll get girth and width from his guide!

Yeah. I need a hardcore girthroutine that actually works. I have tried one day on one day off for 3 months and gained very little to none. I am still not a beliver of natural girth enlargement since I haven't experienced it myself. The girthgain I have written further down was not permanent, I've lost it :( Kind of swelling... Then I read about (doctor Lynn or what he was named) he is discouraging me fucking much....

I always get +0.5" EG post workout, which is a good sign right? My skin has addapted but the dick has not enlarged... It expands really well post workout but it is just swelling.... Can something be missing??? My lenght gain came almost two years ago...

Yeah clamping is definitely the best girth thing I've tried...although I haven't tried everything.

Thanks a lot for your replies redzulu and 9cyclops9! You don't know how discouraged I got by reading dr.Lynn's info. I have a sientifically approach to many things in life. Penis enlargement is based on trial and error. Which is okey. By autumn my doctor education starts...

Girth is sooo important for me. I am very disciplined about my girth routine. I am longing sooo much for girthgains. I am doing my own mix of dryjelqs/hoarses/ulis... Now trying 3on 1 off. Instead off 1on 1off....

Yes, get a cable clamp. Learn it grasshoppa, become one with your clamp and the universe! ;) Seriously, clamp work is one of the best options for girth.
