Hi guys ive been doing manual strecths lately and when i first started i could really feel the pull in the tendons, but know when i pull i cant really feel the pull that much im trying to pull my dick off but its solid ahhhhh
any ideas please, im doing rotary, and pulling out to the sides and downwards with a few squats stretchs and a Stretch .

Like the new forum by the way.

If you're looking for more intensity then maybe try the A-Stretch . I wasn't really sure what your question was from the post.
