"Manual Stretch Dilema"
#1
I'm not really a newbie to manual stretching but here's my case...

While stretching I don't feel anything hitting the ligs. The only area that actually feels pressure from the pull is the gland area. I'm not sure if I'm just wasting my time as I've seen no gains in length in 2 months.

What I do is sit in front of my portable heater for 5 mins to get the ligs warmed up then grab behind the glands and pull straight down & also about an 8 o'clock angle. I use a piece of rubber that i cut off the Enlarger Strap (since that was worthless) to grip with. Everything's going according to directions.

Sometimes I feel stretch in the ligs but hardly ever. Nothing from what I've seen explained in here about fatigued ligs.

I read the LOT thread and have a high lot, about 10 o'clock and when really hard 12. But what the hell?

I need length ! And I can't get any hanger to stay on for the life of me.

Any suggestions?

I had the same prob so what I do is grip farther back, maybe 2-3 inches behind the glans, and use a little curve to enhance the grip. This will increase the stretch in the skin, so then I lean forward to give some more slack skin from the top, and I feel it in the ligs no problem. And I have been seeing good gains recently too..

That's a good idea, quijjiboo. I'm currently in a lig phase after a lot of tunica work has actually raised my LOT from about 7:30 to 9:00 - accompanied by some length gains as well. But I'm also having a little trouble getting a good lig stretch (tunica is no problem for me, but I'm hitting ligs now). I'm gonna give your method a try.

Tried the wench, it wouldn't stay on. I even placed it close to the base and it just slips off. Seems no matter how tight I get it it still falls off. I did everything according to directions, even wrap .

Was questioning ordering the BIB for this reason. The only stretchers that have stayed on were the noose type. I'm not comfortable with that. Even though I'm cut I still have alot of excess skin and somehow causes the hangers to go right over the glands.

I tried some of the stuff on Toms site to no avail. If I could hang that would be excellent as I do have alot of time to do this.

What has worked well for ligs is this: I sit at the edge of a chair, lean completely forward resting my chest along my leg. Then using the fulcrum grip like above, stretch down or behind.
It is very easy to feel the ligs this way (as in BTC hanging ), you need minimal force, so I can easily do 5 minute sets without tiring. Another bonus is that you are getting some tunica stretch from the fulcrum grip also.

I get the best lig pull from the stretches where you put your arm under your leg and pull down and to the side. For me this works only ligs. Also, I get some of the best lig work by just massages and pressing on the ligs.
