I have done 25 minutes of manual strechings 5 days on 2 off for 3 month and i havent gained anything in lenght.I have been consistent and i think i strech hard,i do get pops and i feel the burning sensation(mostly in the A strech) but with no succes.I ask you guys that hanging is bether than manual strech,is it more powerfull??There is someone who had no succes with manual and gained from hanging or i schould waith more time to see if manual works for me?
 
I manual stretched/jelqed for 3 yrs with 0 gains,so I'd like to see replies here too.If hanging turns out to be effective then I'll quit all manual work except for kegals.My fingers cant take it anymore.So,kegels and hanging= any gains?
 
I guess I'm kinda lazy, but I've never done a lot of manual stretching... usually a little in the shower or in the bathroom between Penis Enlargement and/or on days off. I pretty much started hanging from the beginning and have made gains. I like it because you can do it with less mental focus (i.e. I can read my homework or play PS2), and give you a consistent 20 min or so of stretch.

I'd say read up on it, and give it try.
 
I've gained from pure manual stretching but I typically do 45min to 1 hour sessions. In these I stretch in every direction using fulcrum stretches, rotating stretches, foot long stretches, all the one's that can apply more stress on the penis than strength alone.

It is true that with hanging you are able to put more stress on the penis once you get past a certain point. Hands can only put about 30lb? of pressure onto the penis while with hanging you can exceed that weight. Also that 30lb is not for 20 mins like in hanging, but a brief period before muscles start to break down. Good luck!

I have never hanged anything over 12 lbs myself, but I there are lots who go higher. Yes, the great thing about hanging IMO is that you have that constant stretch, and when the muscles fatigue in their natural resistance you get all the weight against the ligs (or tunicae, depending on the angle). I wrote a post about 2 weeks ago about muscle resistance vs. stretching and why I think hanging tends to be very effective, but it was during the "ROP is Bullshit" epidemic and nobody replied to it.

A few questions
1. Are you relaxed? sit or lay down,or lean against a wall.
2.Are you stretching several different directions?
3. unlike girth work do 6 on 1 off or maybe do 1/2 of
of your normal workout on the 7th day
 
My routine is:5 min in front strech combined with V streches and rotaries,10 min downward streches(in this time i do foot long streches too),5 min of A strech(i really feel this strech) and for 5 minutes i strech in the sides(left and right).

P.S. yes LongTom im relaxed and im sitting down when i do my streches
 
Just started hanging today. I honestly thought I could handle the weight no problem, but I couldn't. Maybe there is something to this :)

Good Now how are you stretching?
I had problems a first this is what worked for me
I just pull till i feel Resistance start counting at 20 seconds
it relaxes and I can pull out much father, sometimes at 40 seconds it will relax again when that happens I go to 60 seconds, slap it against my leg and try again.
