Manual Routine...

I've been dabbling in Penis Enlargement for about a year now, but I haven't really seen much in the way of gains. I've changed my routine as I've read up on different theories about Penis Enlargement, but still not much to show for it. (hence being in this forum)

About a month ago I decided to concentrate on length , so recently I've been trying a pure stretching routine, doing about 15 minutes stretching a day, but nothing else apart from the odd tug now and then.

Just now I read a thread (wow, it rhymes!!) over at 🙈's suggesting that although stretching loosens the ligs and you might get flaccid gains, you need to jelq to see erect gains.

So, my question is; has anyone gained here purely from streching, or should I incorporate some jelquing back into my routine? If so, how much?

And as I'm uncut, what would you recommend as the best way of jelquing ?

Hi Seven My routine up to now has consisted mostly of stretches .

I steal away to the bathroom and stretch for 10-15 minutes several times a day. I would estimate that i spend and hour or more each day of stretching . I would add that I have added over an inch in the last 2 months.

Hopefully next week I get to start a new routine that I am anxious to try. I will actually have 6-8 extra hours a day free time instead of working 16 plus hours a day. Can't wait!

I have seen good gains in almost complete stretching , hanging ! I only do jelqing to help circulate the blood through my penis. This may only consist of 3-5 minutes of light dry jelqing at 80-90% after stretching , and or haning.
