Hi MOS,

I was wondering if there is a mandingo length master stretch ? And are there more exercises for expressive stretching aka internal stretching besides low base grip stretching with a length master? I want to incorporate every exercise for length in my routine!

I do length only at the moment. My routine consists of:

Warming up infra red heating pad 5-10 mins
Bundled stretching
6 x 1 minute left
6 x 1 minute right

Warming up infra red heating pad 5-10 mins
Length master shaft rolls (up/under) 3 x 1 minute upwards 3 x 1 minute under

Warming up infra red heating pad 5-10 mins
Newbie stretching routine

Any comments? How can I tweak my routine for more gains? Or is this enough? The shaft rolls feel like its an expressive stretching exercise.

How to I perform length master twists ? I don't get it. Is there a video ? Is it smart to do everything bundled ?

Are there anymore effective exercises for more gains?

Any help is appreciated:)

That is a great idea, I do not think anyone has even tried the Mandingo stretch this way, very smart use of the LengthMaster.

Aside from low base grip you can also do Hole Stretching where you take the circle of the LM, bring your entire package through, press with force the LM against the body while using other hand to stretch . Very intense and extremely Expressive.
How to perform Bundled Stretches (Twists). You can Bundle many stretches and I would suggest maybe dedicating one quarter of the stretching session to Bundles .

As far as additional exercises for length , look into:

Sock Stretches
FootLong Stretches
DLD Blaster
SRT Size Blasters
BathMate Hardcore Stretches

I am assuming you are only seeking length .

Thanks DLD! I did my bundled stretches and my dick has some dark purple spots Lol. I think those are internal bruises. I'm sore as fuck now doing everyday bundles . I must go on! But with more comfort in stretching ! My skin hurts like hell. I fucking love it. This feels like a good workout. Every day.

I can do a 540 degree bundled stretch , I think those stretches you mentioned will definitely speed up my gains:) I'm a length master junkie:)

Do you have a picture/video of hole stretching with the lengthmaster?

I've been messing around with an advanced version of the mandingo stretch using the lenghtmaster myself for a few weeks as well as a powerful fulcrum A stretch . If I have the time tomorrow I'll make a video and post it.

That would be so awesome! What are your stats at the moment? For how long are u using your length master with stretching ? And how much have you gained?

All my gains are explained in my lenghtmaster videos in the lenghtmaster section. The videos are part of the sticky section . I hope the videos I have previously filmed help you.
