Man ...props to you all. All you guys that hang I have a lot of respect for you. However you guys are crazy lol jk

I just saw that someone is looking to go to 20lbs! I don't know anything about hanging , but you guys have some powerful dicks! I warm up my biceps with 20lbs! Keep up the good work. I'm all for anything that causes gains.

:D. I know what you mean man. First time I put ANY weight on my dick it was 5lbs, and that was crazy. I thought I was going to die after 5 minutes. I'm a lot wiser and can read my body a lot better now though.

I am doing 27.5 pounds now for 30 minutes a day (10 minute sets). Sometimes I go only 20 minutes depending on how it feels. Will probably stick at that for another couple weeks to finish off my hanging cycle and then a couple weeks after that I will likely have to go up to 30 pounds.

For whatever reason my dick responds a lot better to intensity as opposed to duration, but I don't think I will go much higher than 30 pounds because I am unsure how much the bib starter can actually hang.

Damn, your dick is almost as strong as my arms are. lol When I am in a power phase I can only lift 40lbs 5 x at 4 sets. I don't know...maybe it's just too insane for me to think my penis might be able to beat my arm in arm wrestling someday lol...no but this is how I get when I am kind of giddy about something I might try. Like roller coasters or something...at first I'm like shit right I'm going on that thing...10 minutes later I'm screaming my head off going down the first hill.
 
I'm running 20 lbs for an hour 5-6 nights a week. I've topped out at 1hr and 20 min. It all depends on the wrap . Its key!
