Hi guys. This is my first posting so I think I am posting a question thats been discussed many times before. Sorry for that.
I am just curious what is your favorite type of lubrication for the exercises?

I have been using baby oil for some time now and I think it is preety cool because it lasts long. But I just cant get used to the smell of this stuff. I am just wondering if vaseline would be a better solution for me. What is your experince with the vaseline.

The second thing is I dont know where to buy it. I read somewhere that you can get it in every supermarket. I looked in one but couldnt find it. I also looked for it in a store specialized for creams shampoos etc and couldnt find it there either. I know they surely have it in a pharmacy but I would like to just pick it not asking for it. Where do you guys get your supplies? What is the price for the stuff? By the way I am from Europe.

The last thing: How to manually increase the base girth, because I am getting pretty thin there.

Oh and by the way DLD your paysite is great.

Thank you

Both vaseline and baby oil can be found in any supermarket. I think they are both in the saem section, with baby supplies. Vaseline is maybe 2 dollars for a big tub and under a dollar if you get a generic brand that will be just as good. I think vaseline is better than baby oil and I have tried both.

Welcome lappner, this forum and MoS pay site are awesome. You won't regret being a member. As far as lubricants go there are many. Ive heard of people using cooking oils like Crisco, Vegetable oils, Vaseline, butter, KY jelly, the list goes on. I prefer baby oil, don't care for the smell either but, helps soften the skin and prevents small tears from stretches . Does not clog the pores either. Lubricants are a matter of personal choice, use what works best for you.

Check in the pharmacy section for petroleum jelly. If it's subdivided further, check under baby supplies. If you really want to order on-line, you can find Vaseline looking through here . You can get an average sized jar for less than $1.50.

By the way, that's what I personally use. I find that lubricants with less viscosity tend to be a little messy for Penis Enlargement work. That's my opinion for my situation, though. One size doesn't fit all, so you might want to experiment a little to see what works best.

Water -based lubricants are no good for this type of stuff. They dry up too quick and get sticky, making for some nice friction burns! Use regular petroleum jelly.

Petroleum jelly(vaseline) works best, but it's a bitch to clean up!

Cheap, no need to keep reapplying, and 'provides the right amount of drag' as one of the Penis Enlargement veterans said(I believe it was DLD).

Thanks guys

I just bought a 100g jar of vaseline in the pharmacy today. Later on I did a wonderful jelqing session. This stuff really lasts long and it is somewhere in the middle slippery scale so when you jelq you really feel this good stretch . I dont know but I paid like 4$ in our money for a jar. How long do you guys have your packing of vaseline for jelqing purposes. How long does it last?
Thanks again for the tips. I am giving vaseline 2 thumbs up.

I try to do dry sessions the most, but I do agree that vaseline is awesome, but I never clean it up, just go to sleep after your done Penis Enlargementing, in the morning i guess its all absorbed into the skin or sumthing. I usually use jjust enough to cover my thumb and index finger and dick with a thick layer, and don't use much after that. I'm still using the same tub I bought 2 months ago.

That all depends on how much you need to use at any one time to be comfortable. I apply a fairly thin layer to my hands and penis, and that's enough for me to be a little slippery, yet still have enough friction for a good jelq. That'll probably make my jar last a long time. I haven't made much of a dent in my jar compared to where it was when I started Penis Enlargement.

If you need to use a big glob of jelly to be comfortable, you'll go through the jar more quickly.

Vaseline Intensive Care works pretty well too. The vitamins A and E contained in Intensive Care probably don't hurt either, especially the E for repair to damaged skin from intense workout on the ol unit :). Most of my gains are from wet jelq so I have done some experimenting in this department. Just what works well for me.

Lappner: Seeing as you live in Europe, a good lubricant available to you is made by Weleda (Germany) called Skin Food. It's not slick but rich and as it warms up is totally a pleasure to use. It's a great moisturizer... substitute once a week for the vaseline. It will completely moisturize your skin and it's great to use as a scrotal application. DLD has said it's important to stretch the sac now and then and this stuff makes it worthwhile. Good luck: Dewey

Definitely petroleum jelly as most have already written. I just recently swithced. Spektrum is right about the drag effect. I have tried lotions, oils, and KY jelly. All are not as good and are much more expensive! It is true that petroleum jelly is messier but I have found that after I apply hot/warm compresses with a wash cloth when I am done, and I wipe around a bit, whatever remains is probably good for the skin.
