I've barely had the Phallosan a week so have been building up my hours, starting at 4 hours per night and then if possible adding a couple of hours during the day times. Get a little discomfort around the glands but I am thinking it's because I may need the larger bell as currently using medium. Despite this, I am loving the stretch you can get from the suction. Pulls my flaccid strectch to just beyond 7" (Keep in mind I am 4.5" flaccid and 6 1/4" BPEL) - starting to consider doing my stretches with it too.

Can't say if it has given results yet (will wait at least 2 months before I measure though I am doing other stuff on top) but from the convenience and using it throughout the night, plus the suction you can get, I am happy with my money spent so far.

That is awesome how quickly you picked up on the Phallosan. You are definitely doing the right thing in stretching beyond your max EL, that is the true way to gain extending. I was asked by someone if stretching for 4 hours at there BPEL in their extender or 1 hour beyond there BPEL, the latter wins. We always want to push our way beyond our max or we will never get beyond our max.

Amen to that DLD! Starting to really get the hang of it.....no pun intended :p Anyone have any suggestions for the belt though? The tension is a little flimsy and changes depending on your positioning. Tried using a safety pin but still having the issue.

Try to wear the belt as high on your hips as possible, it will give you the most consistent tension. Putting it on while seated will get you right where you want to be, and the tension won't get goofy when you go from standing to sitting.

Just gave this a go and certainly helped....not sure how I didn't think of it before. Just curious about how to increase tension more efficiently when the time comes.

Also, to anyone that reads this thread....I just did stretching with the Phallosan on and oh my god....what a good stretch! Definitely give this a go when you go, so easy and convenient.

You can also make your own belts. If you visit a fabric or sewing store you will find many options that are very inexpensive.

Started using The larger bell and I have so much more comfort and a little more pull. Using the medium sleeve still, which may have become a little loose as people had said it could annoyingly.

Still loving it and as said, using it for my stretches. Becoming a big big fan of this. Let's hope results come very shortly with what I'm doing.

Good to hear you are making it work comfortably now! Stretch, stretch, stretch!

How can you tell the exact amount of stretch when it's pulled to the side? Easy enough when straight out, but hard to get a proper measurement when strapped to the side. Unless I'm missing something. Also, CKmod said this: "Also, to anyone that reads this thread....I just did stretching with the Phallosan on and oh my god....what a good stretch! Are you saying you are gripping at the base of the bell and stretching from there? How does it stay on? Far as I know, it's designed for a maximum of 6-7 pounds pull. But in manual stretching, at least for me, the pull is much, much greater than that. Don't know how you keep it attached.

Sorry Fill, I am lost on the question????

Which question? I asked two. But I suspect you're referring to the manual stretching with the PF bell. CKMod said this: "Also, to anyone that reads this thread....I just did stretching with the Phallosan on and oh my god....what a good stretch! I don't know if he meant he "did stretching" in the manner that the PF was designed for, or did he mean he put the bell on, applied vacuum, and then used it to do manual stretches. That's what it sounded like to me but again, I probably misunderstood, because I see no way you could create enough vacuum to allow for heavy, manual stretches. Does that make sense?

Incidentally, DLD, I sent you 2 PM regarding access to the MOS Members Forum. I provided the order number for my LM, but I've not received a reply from you. Your PM box is probably overloaded.
