"LOT question, downward or hit ligs?"

i have an extremely low LOT, when i pull straight down is when i have no tugback, so does that mean i should simply be doing downward stretches or trying to specifically stress my ligs?
any recommendations for routines in either case in terms of exercise, reps, sets, and so would be much appreciated as well.
im an advanced peer and have been doing it a long time and have been a longtime lurker of thunders and pefourms as welll as MOS so advanced routines are okay.

Hm score for the routines I would say that you do some searching on the board. I am a MOS member so I am doing the routines from the paysite so I really can't help you with the routines. Study the board and you will find something useful for yourself.
As for the LOT thing I would say that the best thing for you would be to do both the tunica and the ligs stretches . Doing them both is the best way to gain fast.

Applying the LOT theory to you situation suggests you stretch mainly TUNICA as your low LOT means you have little LIG stretch potential. Personally, I am to paranoid to give up LIG stretching completely so I split most of my stretching session between LIG and TUNICA type stretches . MoS Paysite has an incredible TUNICA routine if you are a member.
