"LOT angle and DLD blasters"
#1
Hi All,

I am getting back into Penis Enlargement after getting renewed interest by seeing the enthusiasm and results of men like DLD. I have checked my LOT and I am at 9 o'clock. My question is: If it is determined where the lig is no longer tugging during a kegel then I am guessing that stretching at an angle lower than the LOT angle during a blaster should not require tiring out the PC muscle first as it does not appear to create tension at angles below LOT. So, 2 questions...

1. Should I perform the blasters applying tension at an angle lower than my LOT angle?

2. Why is it important to tire out the PC muscle and perform reverse kegels during a "blast" when it appears that the PC is not holding the lig back at angles lower than LOT?

Your angle of attack will determine if you are hitting tunica or lig. Theoretically if you stretch at angles above your lot you will be training TUNICA and lower angles will train LIGS. According to the LOT theory you still have some good LIG potential.

DLD Blasters are an exercise that depends on a total un-flex of the PC muscle so you can effectively isolate the LIGS of the penis. Pre-Exhaustion aids in this process.
