Just got back from my hometown where I was visiting for the holidays. I took off 5 days from Penis Enlargement activity, starting again yesterday. I couldn't help but notice a considerable reduction in girth, about a centimetre, or 3/8". Very disappointing >:(
Despite 2 days now of vigorous girth sessions, I still cannot reach the girth I was before the break. But this is what I thing is happening: First, it takes several days for the "pump" from your girth routines to fully subside. Then, upon resuming girth workouts, there is an initial pump which is still partially there the next day. So, in the next session, you probably pump up a little more, building on the slight pump left over from the previous day. Over the course of a week or so, you achieve your full pump and can then maintain or, hopefully, increase it. It will be a few more days before I can confirm this. I'm sure a lot of you guys have taken time off and noticed the loss of girth. Did you get it back, and how long did it take?
 
3/8 of an inch is a lot. I could possibly understand 1/16. But I dont think there is anyway you could actually "lose" size by not Penis Enlargement-ing for a few days(maybe a few months if you haven't "cemented").

So here is what I think:

Maybe there is something wrong with the measurements. Are you measuring in the same place and with the same measuring tape?

Or, you your erection quality is not the same. Perhaps your prior measurement was a fully pumped edged erection state whereas now it was just with a standard erection.

If 3/8" really did just disappear, then it wasnt an actual permanent enlargement but just a buildup such as caused by penis pumps.

Most importantly: was your prior larger size a measure that had been measured several times over a span of a few weeks or more and sustained? Or was it just an all-time high mark?

In any event, I dont think its anything to worry about.

Yes, same spot, same measuring tape. I should clarify that the measurment is taken at the end of a girth session, so it's at it's max. Is it really unusual to be 3/8 inch bigger after a 1.5 hour girth session? I think not. So, I'm not really too worried about it.

I haven't been using my pumps. Just jelq, squeezes and ULIs.

I guess because I do girth workouts daily, I'm always a little pumped. And, I presume, one can never "cement" one's pumped size, unless their is an increase over time of the pumped size. Regardless, I'm going to persevere. One problem is that a girl I've been dating recently is used to my pumped size. Guess I'm going to have to stall her a couple of days till I'm back "up there".

are you talking about your flacid girth?
i always have problems measuring the girth when it's flaccid. this time it was big, but other times it was small so i always rely on my erect girth. if it increases then i know i'm getting bigger :)

i guess the girth size relies the most on the current temperature.
 
also it could be cos the gains aint cemented [permanent]...keep at it for like 2 months than measure again for the cemented result.
Many find after few weeks of exercise they see great gains...have a break and are like <:( cos the gains have gone....thats becoz it was swelling...it shocked the penis and it tryed to build a defense against it like the body does against bacteria.
Anyway if you keep at it...like I said for tow..one month/s than the stats ya said yuv lost should be cemented [permanent].
 
Actually you shouldn't measure until the next day. That 3/8 of an inch will eventually become permanant, but I wouldn't count on it for months to come, the penis has to heal and grow in that bigger state. After the session your stretched. I have the exact same issue, it does become permanant eventually. 2-3 sessions and it'll be back. But be careful and do take breaks, you have to have downtime with long girth sessions.
 
For a period a few months I was working girth like a madman, doing a lot of exercises twice a day. Then I got injured and had to stop working girth for 6 weeks. I lost 1/2" - no lie. Talk about disappointing. The thing is, you can recover it fairly quickly but at least in my case I think it takes months to cement any gains and my gains were not even close to being cemented.

Except for a few lucky freaks and beginners, most of us will have to settle for slow, steady gains, but that's OK. In fact, I don't think my super high intensity program got me any more gains than if I had just plodded along. I'd be happy to gain 1/2" next year.

Actually I've been doing my girth routine daily, without breaks for 2 months, before taking a break over the holdays. Perhaps I'm going too hard. Maybe every second day would be more or at least equally effective. But DLD recommends no rest, that 8 hours at night is plenty. The only exception being phase 4. I don't know. This controversy has been going on for a long time and there doesn't seem to be a straight answer. What about you veterans? Do you find doing girth routines say no more than 5 times a week is more effective than daily, without breaks? Shit I could use that extra hour and a half in the morning for other things (like hanging LOL). To Apocalypse_1985, I always measure erect after a girth workout.

Fillerup, I can relate to frustrations with girth coming and going. Especially with GIRTH BUSTERS I have an immediate increase in girth after the workout. I trained girth everyday up until about 3 months ago when I officially started training PHASE 4. I found, with this particular workout, one on one off for girth worked better than a daily girth routine. I still hit length very hard everyday. Perhaps you should start using the PHASE 4 workout now to see if you respond better to that system.
 
Actually, DLD, I have been incorporating phase 4 girth busters into my routine. I think though, that I will give every second day a chance and see how that goes. I also plan to use a cable clamp for greater intensity. If it works, it will also allow more time to work on length. Will keep ya'll posted as to results.
