Hey whats good everyone? I been gone for a second but i'm back. I've stopped jelqueing for a min now and have been doing the stretches of pe infrequently because i had been over doing it. The stretches work,but I notice now during a sex session i have to mentally hold back from nuttin. Well as before with milking i didnt have to hold back physically or mentally(actually it was kind of hard for me to nut-and after i blood came out so i took a leave)i'm fine though. My question though is well are those kinks really important during pe or should stick with the stretch routine and kegal it up more.My average kegal rate should be around like 300 a week.
