350-500 Jelqs
15 30-second ulis
1 10-minute clamp session
warmdown. Every day for 5 days
this past month:
warm up/stretch 5-10 mins
Bathmate session 20 minutes
5-10 ulis
100 jelqs
another 15 minute
Bathmate session
another 5-10 ulis
warmdown.
