With a year under your Penis Enlargement belt you should be able to feel how the exercises are affecting your penis. How about your overall health? After that much time you should have made brilliant gains. What exactly was/is your routine, how often, reps, etc.?
 
Dub, I had a rough time getting gains myself. I went 6 months without any gains in length...so I decided to give bundled stretching and hanging a try. Im 2 months in doing bundles and gained .5 inches bpel. You might wanna give em a try. I also switched from doing it once a day to 2 times a day and and my Dick stays looser during the day now and it doesn't give it a chance to completely heal and shorten back up. Good luck buddy!
 
I think you said it yourself-- you are eating a poor diet, probably without enough calories. How can your penis grow if you are negative on your caloric intake? Make sure you get proper nutrition (take a vitamin if you need to) and work out. Penis Enlargement is part of overall body health.

Additionally, I'd recommend adding clamping into your routine. Try clamping after using your Bathmate. Clamping is a better exercise than pumping for converting temporary gains to real size. Doing it after pumping means you'll be working with a monster version of your cock while you are making those gains.
 
I am so happy that when I lost hope I changed my position, my feelings and attitude and said fuck hope, I am looking for reality! To your nutrition, actually what Zack said... Just eat healthy, I always say the best thing you can do is eat the things that were available 5000 years ago, because this is the healthiest, purest stuff you can get. Stick to simple meat (not fried or anything, it also tastes best when grilled imo :) ), raw or boiled vegetables, berries, nuts and get the good calories into your body, don't let the junk food infect you, except as a munchie LOL. I'm in this diet now for a year and I'm feeling stronger than ever, even if I stopped lifting weights and I also think that I grew a bit in height. Oh and drink LOOOTS of water, fuck the sweet stuff, plain tap water is best!
 
Shit man. A big YES, stop masturbating so much and let your penis rest a little. It needs to recover from such beatings! You've been doing Penis Enlargement for more than a year and you really hadn't figure this out? It's obvious that your body needs to recover if you want to get some good results out of exercising it. In terms of your diet, you definitely need to upp the calories (protein in particular) as this helps your body repair. Much of Penis Enlargement is still based on similar principles to bodybuilding.

Your streches are far too short.

DLD's newbie routine (greatest for streches) works out at advising 20-30 minutes of streching. Also add in some DLD Blasters after christmas.

Your jelqs are also too low. You want about 750 wet/dry jelqs and once your penis is used to that then add in some slow squash jelqs.

20 Minutes straight may not be the way to go for you (and many others). I suggest trying the Bathmate Routine I outlined HERE. This method of supersets with jelqing is the smartest way to gain with little retention and awesome tissue expansion.

Too much masturbation will cause fatique and this will result Penis Enlargement sessions that are not as good as they can be. Genetics is not an issue everyone has the ability to respond and grow - as with bodybuilding or any other training program you need to train hard enough to grow and no so hard that you over train. Then you need to recover for the gains to happen - recovery happens from solid diet and good sleep habits. If you are in a growth phase you need a minimum of 200 calories more than what your body needs to maintain homeostasis, and depending on what other activities your doing maybe even more. You also need 1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body weight to repair damaged tissues. You may not be letting your body recover - I would take 24-48 hours off (no masturbation and no Penis Enlargement) let everything heal... then start up slow again using DLD beginning Bathmate program and work your way back up letting your body adjust over time. Most importantly keep a good mental outlook - don't just believe but know its going to happen.
