Unfortunately, if not for the breaks I have taken I would be probably 8+ right now. I get lazy and quit before any gains are cemented. Here I sit at just under 7.5...oh well. I'm still in the game. If you feel like taking a long break, just be aware that you may lose some, but you can get them back. And I've found that once I start back, it's fairly easy to get back to the size I was before. I guess it's because you have been that big before, it's easier to get there again. But I would still recommend not stopping until you reach your goal. Like this summer I'm going to have to cut way back but I'm going to do kind of a "maintenance routine" so I don't lose anything. So I'd say keep with it even if it's barely anything...that's better than nothing.
I have just come back from a forced break of about six weeks due to ill health and have only started back seriously this week, the first thing i did was to measure and i found that i had not lost in any direction.
