I beleive in Penis Enlargement, especially after seeing gains in the first two weeks. But I think I need a pep-talk. Here's my story:

I'm about six weeks into Penis Enlargement. I had some real quick gains the first 2.5 weeks, but they seem to have tapered off. And now my dick is starting to get real torn up without anything to show for it. I've been trying to find a routine that I am confident in, and that I am comfortable with, but I just can't get in the groove.

I started at 5.5' bpel, and I've been stuck at 5.75' for about a month (although at mid-work-out I sometimes measure 6 1/8' bpel, and I can stretch to 6.5'). My long term goal is 7' bpel, but it's discouraging that I'm having so much trouble breaking through 6' (I'm not so concerned about girth, the woman in my life has confessed that she 'appreciates' length ). Maybe I'm just expecting too much from myself.

I'm experiencing some really painful chaffing at the base, almost enough to prohibit good jelqing. And I've got those purple spots on my head (which I'm not sure if I should be concerned about). I do use Palmers stretch mark lotion after every work out, but it doesn't seem to be preventing the skin damage.

I started off with DLDs newbie routine, but I found out really quickly that 600 jelqs was just way too much for my dick. I've started to add some more advanced stretching moves (A-stretch and a twisted stretch ), but it never feels like i'm getting much out of my stretches .

One area where I've seen noticeable improvement is my PC. I didn;t used to be able to hold for 10 seconds, now I can do repititions of 30 second holds. However, now that i'm starting to get more control, I'm even more confused about which muscle is which. I can feel three different things flexing down there: grundle, schlong and sphincter. Are those different muscles? Which one am I supposed to be working?

I don;t know if I need to change my routing, to change my frequency, or to take a few weeks off and start over from the beginning. But I definitely need to change something, because I feel like I'm in a slump.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Maybe you should look into hanging since you are after length . It is much more straightforward in my opinion. You reach fatigue much easier and the gains are much better. You can also multi-task while hanging .

The PC muscle flexing does tend to move a couple things down there but it sounds like you have got the hang of it.

Good luck.

1/4" gain in 2 weeks is a very good start! You're about the same distance as me from your goal and I find myself getting discouraged sometimes as well because I don't think I'm gaining as well as I could.

However, this severely hampers gains because it becomes more of a race to the goal, rather than the emphasis on the goal itself. I've changed my mentality not to rely on when I get to my goal, but rather that I reach my goal no matter what. This sort of mindset gives me a lot more patience with gains because I'm not expecting anything, it's more of a pleasant suprise when gains do appear.

Just keep your goal in sight and you will naturally gravitate toward it through every action.

To check if your routine it being effective is to measure BPFL every so often, and only measure your BPenis EnlargementL in 2 week to 1 month intervals. This way you can keep checking up on your routine and you are more likely to have gains at the 2 week or 1 month point to keep your motivation up.

Also since you're focusing on length have you looked into DLD 110s? I've been doing these and they are very effective for me. Also, I noticed that Supra mentioned stretching partially erect and decided to give it a shot. This is quite a different stretch and I believe it's more effective and utilizes more areas than a fully flaccid stretch . You'll have to find your own comfort zone with exactly how erect you want to get but I'd keep it under 50%.

With the PC exercises all those muscles may be flexed because you're actually working a group called the Pelvic Floor muscles I believe. So they're all kind of linked together.

Also with injuries, my policy is let them heal fully before pressing on. The time off for injuries will benefit you far more then increasing the severity of that injury by pressing on.

And have you looked into a ring of power or ADS device as well? Those may be useful to get the edge you need to push on. Hopefully some of this helped. And don't give up, find why you got into Penis Enlargement in the first place and keep that in mind. Keep your goal in mind but don't put it in a timeframe. Most of all, don't lose hope! Good luck!

Sounds like you are rushing things. It took me a couple months before I saw visual gains, but when I measured I was very happy. Don't be obsessed with the ruler and pay more attention to how it feels afterwards and overdoing it for a newbie is an easy road to injury and overtraining your penis. It took me about 3-4 months before having a good idea of what kind of rest I really needed to take before going into another intense workout.

Also, it would help to develop some upper body strength as well. As your dick gets conditioned you need to pull harder to get a good stretch kinda like you need to increase the weight when lifting weights to get stronger.

If you are not feeling a good stretch when jelqing or stretching or doing whatever you do, then you are wasting your time just as doing 5 pound dumbbell curls would be a waste of my time considering what I usually curl in a workout.

Thanks a lot guys. Those are exactly the sorts of comments I was looking for. I think I'm going to take a week or two off. Then when I come back, I'm going to put away the ruler and just try to get feel good workouts in.

Thats what Penis Enlargement is all about, having fun. If it was not fun and interesting for me I don't think I would have made it through my years. It is also a long term commitment. It is like watching the water boil...sometimes not looking makes it seem like it boils quicker. The same thing applies to Penis Enlargement, it is sometimes a long wait but I can tell you this; it is worth the wait.
