Hello! I have been doing only keegels and some edging for like 2-3 days now, and yesterday when i was in bed keegeling i got an erection, so i kept keegeling and i mixed in some erect stretching and just a little bending, at about 80% erection.
When i was done, i did not do much at all. Maybe 1 30sec erect stretch and just bending for 30sec aswell.
Afterwards my erection felt strange, it was like when you would clamp off an erect dick and it suddenly goes loose and dangles around with a lot of blood in it, scary feeling. It was like could bend my penis down more than i usually can at this erect state. Usually there is like a resistance when i push my shaft down that prevents it from point down too much if i push my penis down. It was like this resistance was gone and i could push my penis further and my penis felt loose overall.

What happend here?

Not too positive on what happened, maybe you were less erect than you thought. Have you tried getting yourself hard again? If so and everything seems to be normal and working fine, you should be ok. And try again what you did and see if you have the same results
 
Definitely EQ related, I was also thinking about your penis measuring thread Habban and I'm betting if u work on jelqs and kegels and build your erections quality you will get a much harder dick

Yes, i was thinking that too. Therefore i'm working on Edging & Keegels soely. Could be that i have been lacking EQ without even noticing it. I know for a fact that i haven't worked on keegels diligently. I wake up with stronger & stronger
morning erections now since i started doing them. Lets see where they take me and if they will change anything with the "tight measuring" i was experiencing with.
 
Kegels are the most slept on exercise in PE. Kegels are VITAL to holding more blood in your penis and bringing expansion. If you enlarge your penis and do not have the strength and endurance built up you will suffer with eq. Kegels are just as important as enlarging.

Since I started doing kegels as often as I can throughout the day my erections have improved, and I hope they will continue too :)!
When I stopped PE for two years I also stopped to do kegels for the most part and my EQ stayed the same.

Thanks for the endorsement! I am so happy you have realized just how valuable Kegels are. And lets be honest, they are the simplest exercise in PE, there is no excuse to miss them.

Yes, you can even do them while brushing your teeth.
Since my EQ didn't get worse over the two year period, do you think that the P.C. muscles stays strong after a while at least to a certain extend even without the same consistant training?
