I've been at this for nearly 8 months now with no gains. I started off with just doing ligament stretches and the occassional jelq just to get prepped for more intense workouts. Then for about 4 months my workout was:
5 warmup
5 lig stretch
5 jelq
5 pressured ligament stretch
5 jelqing with holding
5 warmdown
I was told that was a bad routine, so I then rotated into:
5 warmup
15 jelq
15 stretch
5 either or jelq or stretch in a different way(eitehr hold or pressured)
5 warmdown
I did this for months until one day I discovered I was experiencing pain after my workout and stopped for a week. Then when I tried to resume the pain reappeared. So I lapsed back to just
5 warmup
9 lig stretches
9 jelq
5 warmdown
And have been doing so for nearly 3 weeks
Anyways, I don't know if these are just bad routines are what. I am doing the exercises correctly I believe. But This forum seems to be populated by many Penis Enlargement success stories. Am I just doing a bad routine, do I need to be doing some kind of self diagnostics to determine specific exercises that work for me?
