I've seen this referred to in a couple threads and would like to learn more about it. I presume that it's similar to the A-stretch , except you pull your penis under your wrist instead of over it. How do you grip it, though?

I've tried this a couple times and felt a good stretch on the underside of my penis, but I can never keep my hold for very long.

You actually use your thumb. So you stretch your penis straight out with one hand, and then push down with your other thumb. You should do this in several different places along the penis shaft. One of my favorite exercises is the bundled V stretch . You get a GREAT tunica stretch out of it. I use these instead of A stretches because I can never seem to get a decent stretch from the A stretch . These work much better for me.

Wasn't my idea. I think it was some physics teacher at Thunders or Penis Enlargement Forums. I'm not sure why more people don't use this exercise because it works really well.

And yeah bundled is definitely the way to go.

The bundled works good, I twist the flaccid penis both ways and do several pulls, using just about any direction. It seems the more you can break down the cells the more increase you will see. I also use a vaccum cleaner tube to help get a lever to give me more of a pull. Another key, via the super slammers, is to be sure to stretch for minimum of 30 seconds or longer if you can keep the hold. GS
