I have tried to get into PE before but would usually stop after a couple of weeks. This time I am determined to keep it up however and want to make a plan.

I have decided that I only want to work on girth. I am already 7.5 inches in BPEL so I really dont need more length and I hated doing stretches anyway.

So with that in mind, and that I'm starting as a newbie once more, can you guys give me some suggestions? I want to start off slow and work mainly with jelqing but I am wondering how to progress it.

So:
1. Should I jelq 5 days on 2 days off? Or would another split work better?
2. What exercises should I progress with. How soon and how much? If someone could give me a simple list of good exercises that would be perfect.
3. How do I best work kegels into my program? Should I do a moderate amount every day or a heavier amount every other day?
4. How much warmup is needed for girth? Do I need to warm up for as long as I would if I did length?
 
I'm outside my 20s so I don't have the benefit of being in the period of highest hormone levels and the best sleep to carry me over the line, and yet I am on track with the demanding rate of girth gain I set for myself, permanent gain more than 1" in a year. I'm looking to gain girth 1.5"+ this year.

1. Your body is trying to adapt to the strain you put on it to grow.
So how long is a piece of string? If you manage to push your body to a high degree it will need more time to repair and grow. If you take it far enough it may need 48 hours to recuperate. If you injure it, it may need even more. On a biochemical basis you can take a break every other day and it shouldn't significantly slow your progress so,

4 days on training with 1 day no training in between each, giving you a 7 day schedule

the issue with arguing that this is a good way, is that some of us know how to train to best activate our body's adaptation response - growth & repair, and for us, that schedule will dependably work. But for someone who is just beginning the process of trial and error, getting to know how to get the most out of their body, and how not to under-do it = no response, adaptation or growth
or
overdoing it = injury or irritation, inflammation and wasted time plus compromised growth time, as the body will prioritise repair and healing before growth

2. You want routines that pack blood, build pressure and hold it in the penis. How soon, as soon as you can take it, how much, as much as you need to feel that you've set your penis cells for adaptation. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. That goes for what day you should train and what day you should allow for recuperation.

3. Kegels can be done at any time, no different while you train. I can't give you any tested recommendation as I am not kegelling consciously outside of when I must kegel during training.
If you were stretching ligs it is essential NOT to kegel while holding stretches.

4. It holds fairly true that you should be doing at least 10 minutes (go for 15) of heat applied to the groin paying particular attention to the ligaments running into the body at the base of the penis.

From my experience...

1. Jelqs are typically the mild end of the scale for girth work. Very unlikely to cause injury or need extensive healing time. I personally go 6/1 with work that is generally much more intense without injury or overtraining. You obviously shouldn't jump into anything heavy, but jelqs are jelqs. If you get halfway through the week and feel like your dick needs a day, take it. After a few weeks you'll develop a pattern you can follow for yourself. You may even find a day off from jelqing doesn't seem to benefit you at all.

2. Bathmate is not overhyped. It is awesome. I like edging with a cock ring also. There's also clamping, supra slammers, ssjs, and a zillion other tricks out there. The question of how much and how soon depends on you. If you are gaining from jelqing don't just jump in to the crazier stuff. Milk the crap out of it until you see a month or two of no noticeable gains. Then you can try out and see what exercises you like and fit your desired intensity. There's no reason to stick to an exercise you hate, because the options are a great many and there's just no reason for it.

3. When you're on a girth routine it's generally recommended you kegal after your routine. Days off aren't typically required but I always take a day if I'm forecasting sex that day. Just for good measure.

4. I really think it depends on the work, but in general I would say definitely. Warming up and warming down can make a no gainer a some gainer and a decent gainer a great one. Warm ups are an upgrade to any routine.
 
Regarding kegels, owmaballs is right that doing them during some length exercises will hinder your efforts but the reverse is true with girth.
Standard (not reverse) kegeling pushes blood into the penis. Unless you have a very strong PC muscle, this will do little by itself but, if you are holding all the blood you pump in inside your penis with a pump or a ring or a clamp, you're adding more to your already overfilling penis, increasing the pressure yet further. Jelqing, as i understand it, holds the blood a little more temporarily so kegeling while jelqing is less benefitial but still probably better than straight jelqing.
Do keep in mind your limits though, if you over-kegel you will fatigue yourself and ruin the rest of your girth set. Likewise, kegeling shortly before a girth set is somewhat detrimental as you want your PC muscle ready to fill you up as best it possibly can during the workout.
 
Thanks for the tips guys. Seems like I will just have to experiment and try to feel what is needed as far as days on and off go.
 
This is an increase of method of hardcore width, which should not be done by beginners / inicantes the high risk of injury; Was quoted in a gringo forum as Shane Diesel and Shorty Mac Secret (large gauges ����) .. And I will describe it below; U must have on hand a cable clamp or similar to grip the base of your penis for about 5 minutes before putting in the "press" to give a swollen ... I roll in half speak in order to protect and then put the phallus within the Press and tightening the screws until they stop. The erection must be 100% stimulated or kegel or visually (movies) to the penis not turn purple. In Mattersofsize the guys use tiles and alligator clips to tighten !!! (kkkkk) I saw who was wearing 2 video game cartridges; My press is 13cm X 7cm, but can be larger and take all the penis

I'm testing with 4 series of 15 minutes after each loose series and stimulus the free erection pro circulate blood; by the reports I read the gains are polls and definitive.

X2 SSJ for the sick gains

I jelq'd for 90 days and wasn't satisfied with the results, so I went the bathmate herc SSJ combo.

You could superset regular jelqs with the SSJ, like 100 jelqs x 5 min SSJ and do like 3 sets of that superset? When I'm on the road I've done SSJ and clamping as a stealth routine to keep my gains coming. You can totally try to see what works for you.

Totally AGREE! But I don't have that control to be 5 minutes in chamber and 5 minutes on SSJ, I just pump and squash again and again and again, fluid comes and mess all up but I must be honest, I like to see fluid, makes my dick massive and thick, giving me a visual of how my penis will look like in a few months. LMAO
 
yeah is kinda boring the 5 mins bathmate +jelq and so on.. best thing to do is bathmate hardcore stretches takes like 15 min and then you can continue whit the jelqs or SSJ IMHO

I think a few guys would admit that they like to see retention, it does make your dick look like a beast:)
