Between the procrastinating, lack of personal space and injuries this last 12 months has been horrible, i have yet to actually gain any extra size.
My original size of 6x4.5 (2009) seems like such a distant memory, that i am now insecure about my 7x5 ( even though i know i shouldn't be! ;))
Anyways, i've been doing alot of reading and planning, and i'm really convinced that with a proper routine gaining an inch in both length and girth (or close to it) is possible within 6-8 months of dedicated PE, i mean my first inch in length came in under 2 months.
Now i know that was newb gains but i can see the way my cock expands during my girth session i go from 5'' to 5.5 in just a few short clamped squeezes.
I get get up to .75-1'' if i try hard, but i'm convinced that after half an inch in expansion, it's mostly just fluid build up.
That only thing i'm worried about with girth is, i still don't know how to cement, then move past that size?:(
You see it's like i can get from 5 to 5.5, but once i've cemented this, how will i be able to expand to 6''?
It's weird my .5 in girth was very weird and random just little spurts every so often.
Funny thing is, i started doing red frendo's and got huge expansion ( an inch) but for some reason i haven't cemented an single gain, but when i was just clamping a squeezing, and only getting .5 expansion, i seemed to cement faster.?:(
SO that's it.
How do you know if your cementing girth? (those of you who have made some good gains in girth and know what to look for)

Im not yet experienced with girth exercices but i think if you expand your dick more with every work out your good

Even though there may be fluid present in expansive gains there is always tissue expansion also it is just that some men can not avoid fluid retention and in a way have to accept it. Cementing girth will require repetitive girth expansion as you have been getting. Over time it will eventually become permanent but only to the degree of how much tissue is expansing so if you are getting an inch of expansion and only half of that is tissue growth do not expect to cement an inch but a half inch. Your goals are very realistic and should be able to happen in the time you have mentioned. Remain consistent and always push for more and more temporary gains to get to your goal. With length the same thing applies you will need to get yourself temporary gains repetitively in order to see the permanent ones. It is smart to practice the advice in SRT to help you not only accomplish these temporary gains but to heal in that position. Using the ACE bandage to hold length elongation and a cock ring to hold girth expansion will definitely help you heal in these larger states. Please let us know the complete routine you are planning so we can advocate for you.

And DLD thank you so much for the great response, i to believe it's totally possible, and i will put those recommendations into practice once i have this routine figured out.
But i do have to ask you, how do you know if your gaining girth? signs?
Also, are kegels necessary for the new size to fill with blood correctly?
And finally, do you think that training girth everyday leads to faster cemented gains?
